Andres Cantu was great! Very knowledgeable, very helpful. He made the buying process easy and quick, without being aggressive like some of the other furniture stores I’ve visited. And now I have a great couch!

We just bought a couch and Jose helped us. He gave us our space and was not pushy at all. Jose was very helpful and nice through the whole process. We are happy with our decision and we’re glad to work with Jose. Thank you!

I was getting discouraged looking for a bed frame and sofas everywhere and finally decided to go into Rooms to go, First walking in they make sure you are noticed and if you need anything they are ready to help. And I can honestly say Leslie made the experience worth every minute. Even when I tried to settle for less she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with what I was taking home. She is the best and I recommend you ask for her when needing help and an easy process. SHE’S AMAZING!!

Staff was VERY helpful, courteous, professional and flexible. After purchasing my new sofa/loveseat, I came home and had second thoughts on fabric I chose. Called the store and the sales associate was happy to change my order to a different fabric with no problems or additional charges. I was extremely grateful and very pleased with his service.

Kaleb was our sales rep and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He was attentive and helped us find our dream couch in record time. He even stayed past closing to make sure we finished our order. We could not recommend him more.

We were greeted when we went in. The sales guy directed us which way to go to look at what we wanted. When we finally decided, he came and answered all our questions. There was no pressure at any time to buy. The experience was very good!

If you're in the market for new furniture, Rooms to Go has a great selection. There are a few living rooms sets I was eyeing. When the time comes, I’ll definitely ask for Nadia again.

Leslie Mendez!! Such a wonderful sales associate. The entire Rooms To Go Staff were great, however, Leslie’s smile, attitude, and such patience to answer any questions you may have is what definitely makes her special. Leslie stood out on top out of all for sure!

Kaleb with a K was very attentive and made us comfortable during our visit today. He was informative and allowed us to have our time to discuss and choose what worked best for our family. He gave us helpful insight on everything we were interested in as well. We appreciated his calm and patient tone of voice. We are so grateful and excited for our new living room set!

One of the best salesperson I have dealt with in a long time. Nadia showed me and my husband what we asked for then other similar items. Was very understanding that what I was looking for was not just because it was affordable but suitable for my needs. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I came in looking a mess after just moving into a new place and we had no furniture. I was greeted by Leslie who happens to have the prettiest smile and warm demeanor, I said I need a bed and a couch today because we slept on a hard floor the night before😩 the one I wanted wasn’t available till mid February. She got to work showing me the other things I had seen on the app and then some needless to say I left with a HUGE smile and very relieved to know that my husband and I would be sleeping in a nice king size bed around this time tomorrow!!

Nadiyah at the South Austin location was great. I often feel overwhelmed by the sales team greeting as soon as you walk in the door. I just want to sit on some couches and talk things out with my husband. We would let her know we’d find her when we were ready because she was the first one to approach us. We wandered around interrupted for about 45 minutes (just how we like it) and when we finally made a decision Nadiyah was helpful, highly informative and got us a great deal with speedy delivery.

Purchased a furniture at this location with our super knowledgeable and patient sales lady named Nadia! She was very helpful and nice to handle us with our order! Definitely recommend her if you plan on shopping here! Thank you!

Kaleb greeted us upon entry to the show room. We were specific in our needs for a new bedroom set. We presented us with three mattress and bedroom options as well. He was thorough in explaining the difference between the three mattress we were looking for purchase. We decided on the Black Beauty Rest with a 7 piece ensemble. We take delivery on the 3/12th.
