I love the vibe of this shop! So many options of styles, price points and inventory. Cari was awesome! She listened to our needs and created the perfect living room space for our family. I can't recommend First & Main enough! We have worked with two of their designers for custom furniture and we LOVE our new living room! The process was smooth, and they worked with us over a period of time to map to our budget.

I can’t say enough about this business, and especially the owner, Kevin.
He hand crafted a custom fireplace mantle from a beautiful 265 year old growth Western Red Cedar. The tree was left to rot, obviously not cut down.

The amount of care and craftsmanship that he put into this project is amazing. His communication, follow through, and everything were outstanding.

The store has beautiful furnishings as well, but my mantle has a great historical story behind it, and we love it!

My experience with First and Main has been nothing short of extraordinarily wonderful. I have been in and out of the store many times over the past year or so and have been greeted by a staff member within 10 or 20 seconds of walking through the door every time. Just like Cheers where everybody knows your name. They care about those little details.

My designer is Ashley. She is outstanding. She has designed my living room, dining room, entry way, plus kitchen lighting and some decor details. She is uniquely talented with an ability to gain a truly accurate feel for the vibe you are after to make your home exactly what you want. Best I could tell she does this by carefully listening to you as well as gleaning insight from your non-verbal reactions to items you are shown. She’s quite incredible.
Michael is great with behind the scenes operations. But he is also a highly talented artist. Under Ashley’s design, he created two beautiful acrylic pieces on canvas to perfectly complement the look of my living room.
Kevin, the wood artisan extraordinaire, made a custom shelf for my dining room that is simply perfect for the spot.
And finally, Pierce and Kimberly, behind the counter, offer fun and friendly professional handling of the paperwork.

First and Main is my go to place for my home décor.

I cant recommend First and Main enough! Their store is beautiful with styles for every taste, and if they do not have it on the floor , their in-house designers will help you source it. I recommend them to all my clients that are buying a home in the area.

Kevin was awesome to work with! He challenged my initial idea to make sure I would be completely happy with the idea I had in my head and the outcome is perfect. The live edge shelf is GORGEOUS, so special, and provides the perfect warm, finishing touch to our kitchen. I love that we were able to work a local artist to create a one of a kind piece.

The friendliest designers and staff you'll ever meet. They bend over backwards to help their customers and I highly recommend them! I love my sofa from First & Main! I also love going back often to see the pretty new furniture and decorations that are continually updated and freshened. They sell new furniture and vintage goods, so they always have fun things to check out.

I've been working with Kevin (the owner of First & Main) on commissioning a large live-edge table for the past several months. Throughout that process, Kevin has been awesome to work with, extremely professional, and demonstrated a ton of passion of his craft. Whenever a problem would arise, Kevin was excited to research and apply solutions, walk me through what each option would mean for the table, and also accept feedback or accommodate my requests. He (and the designers working for him) were a pleasure to work with.

The table itself is spectacular and greatly exceeded my expectations (photos attached). The craftsmanship of the table, the engineering and love that has been put into it, and the character of the wood slab together have resulted in a truly awesome room centerpiece.

We dropped into First & Main looking for furniture for our new home, and received excellent recommendations and design assistance from the staff. They had a huge variety of options in store and via catalogues, with even more fabric options.

I was able to speak with the owners and several staff members while visiting and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Kevin’s craftsmanship and communication skills were outstanding. We loved the table he made for us so much that we’ve now got him working on two more pieces. Ashley’s sense of design combined with her ability to intuit and match our own taste made working with her to redesign our living areas a productive and low-stress experience.

We purchased a Norwalk sectional last summer and it is holding up beautifully! We had the best experience with Jacob N. and the whole team. We can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service - Jacob went out his way to help us with delivery logistics while we were going through a huge move. He took it on himself to work out the delivery and took it off our plate. He designed a perfect layout for us and the fabric he recommend is amazing - it is a light color and I was worried about staining but he assured me it would hold up. My 5 year old spilled red Gatorade on the back a few months ago and it came out completely with only water! This is our favorite furniture store hands down!

I wanted a custom wood shelf to fill a spot in built in fireplace area. Kevin and designer did an amazing job!! The wood is beautiful and unique. Excellent work on the install too. Highly recommend.

We worked with Emily and she was awesome. She was super patient, not at all pushy, kept to the budget and gave us a living room we never could have designed ourselves.

As an architectural and interior design photographer, capturing Jacob’s work was a pleasure from start to finish.

I appreciated the bold yet harmonious North West crafted design of the Brentwood project. The way Jacob showcased each of the space’s unique qualities while maintaining the cohesiveness of the overall home made it a pleasure to photograph.

One of my favorite aspects of capturing Jacob’s work was his collaborative mindset. While clearly communicating his detailed vision with positivity, Jacob was just as excited to experiment with new and non-traditional compositions.

Considering the entire process, Jacob could not have been more professional or a genuine joy to work with. Given his approachable demeanor, his strength of vision and openness towards collaboration, I would be excited to work with Jacob again.

We purchased a Norwalk sectional with performance fabric. I spilled red wine on the taupe fabric. It wiped away leaving no stain. Remarkable! After two years with daily use it looks and feels brand new. We are so pleased with this purchase and the great people at First and Main.

I wasn’t familiar with Bothell, I was just there to meet a friend for lunch. Parking was limited, I finally found a spot in the in the same lot as First & Main, and accidentally parked in one of their spaces. It turned out to be a happy mistake - I had the ok to park there if I promised to walk through the store before I left. My friend and I had such a great time exploring the store after our lunch, we both love the aesthetic and designer Victoria Elkins made it really fun!
