We had a passport emergency and these sweet sweet people helped save our entire trip!! I cannot thank you enough! From the sweet woman at the desk to the crew in the back, you are some of the sweetest, most accommodating people we've met!

I had written a negative review the other week that I am now so embarrassed and ashamed of, that instead of editing it, I decided to delete it for a new review.
I had been under the impression that they had completely lost a package I had sent from Pennsylvania. However, it turned out that the error was on my sister's and my end all along. She had given me her neighbor's address the last time I mailed something to her, because she was leaving for the hospital to give birth to my nephew. Apparently her neighbor isn't good with checking his mail if he's not specifically watching for something, and my "lost" package had been sitting in his mailbox for a month. I'm just so grateful that it was found, as the two blankets I'd had made custom for my niece and nephew; I had been so upset. If anybody from this office is reading this, please accept my deepest apologies. And the lady who called me to investigate what had happened was so incredibly courteous and professional; God bless you for that! Thank you all soooo much! Again, I'm so sorry..

Challenged by the safety concerns the people of the US Post Office seem to be doing as well as can be on the rural routes. The danger list is long not many are aware of them.

I miss the regular mail carrier. This new guy has repeatedly delivered mail for a different address here.
I met him on Monday and told him I live at the end of the driveway, and just happened to catch him at my son's house, up front, delivering my package.
Today, he left a box of my hatching eggs sitting in the driveway by my sons house!
When you call the office you get a mailbox full recording.

Can't get anyone on the phone. Doesn't matter what time you call it just rings non-stop.

In the three and a half months that I've lived here I have had one package lost and unable to be found (after being marked as "out for delivery") and I've had several items arrive late after being tendered to the local office. I have been in once and the staff was friendly enough but only after walking up to the counter; no greeting or offer of help was ever given.

Normally I get mail daily: mail, daily newspaper much advertising and requests from charities for donations. Today 6/23/2022 I'm waiting for mail, and the last time I received any mail was Saturday 6/18/2022.
Has my mail stopped or is it being dropped off elsewhere? ZIP 35769

The clerk must not be able to read. Took a box to be delivered and the word FRAGILE was written on all 4 sides yet she threw it into the buggy. Very disappointed.
