I normally don’t shop at BBW, but I came in because I had discount coupons. The staff were helpful and informative, I wish I got the associates name that gave me so many great suggestions- she was working in the front on 4/3 around 4:30pm.

Anyways! What really stole my love was the Bridgerton collaboration they had. There was music playing from the show and just look at that display. I did not buy from the collection but the scents were lovely from the candles to the body sprays.

They also are offering a wedding collection for men and women from the first time. I purchased Dressed in White. It’s a clean, light scent that I think is perfect for a summer night.

Yesterday was absolutely amazing I wish I got all the ladies that helped me names but Danielle and May keep being a light and so gracious to assist anyone coming in and very genuine. We connected and had great conversations and their recommendations were spot on. I came to redeem an offer not only did they inform me I can use both my offers and apply it to the current sell I left with something for me hubby and kids so a Big Win for everyone. Check out the new Aromatherapy scents Eucalyptus Lavender, Lavender Iris, Vanilla Rose plus the Water it is a fresh not overbearing scent at all
The selection is expanding but be careful some products do include Titanium Dioxide. I need to add they have a new Spring line OMG smells Ahhhhhhhmazing

you could spend HOURS in the store just admiring the AMAZING smells and scents!!!! & I vow to spend the rest of my life smelling the #Ocean #DeepDiving @ #BathAndBodyWorks #JolietMall We love the selection and the holiday blends are incredible!! The staff greats you kindly every time and surely makes sure you have a basket!! Don't plan on solo shopping here!! You will always have help but take it kindly with a grain of salt and buy as much as you possibly can!!!!

The place is great everyone is very helpful the only downfall is I've notice that the men's gel soap drys out my skin and I can't use it in the winter but a wide variety of scents

Found just what I was looking for that day it was a day before Christmas Eve and I found foaming soaps that I wanted to buy and they were on sale.

When I was in this store I had a wonderful salesperson named Abby she was so helpful and kind. She showed me a lot of new products and even told me about her favorites. All she was a great and wonderful help and I will be going back and I hope to see her there

Loved everything in the store. I got great stuff for reasonable prices. They had a bunch of 75% off of lotions and sprays I got like 10 each LOL. I also bought a few candles. The workers were really nice and it was very clean in the store. I have not been to this mall since 20 years ago and it was just a wonderful experience.

I enjoyed shopping there for the first time. Usually they attack you at the door and annoy you through out the store.

Everyone is upbeat and ready to sell you some Amazing perfume recently went to go pick up an order for my daughter and the staff was completely amazing. This is someone you definitely want to spend your money because you're going to get your worth

Awesome visit today. Abby and Ella at the location were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the candle scents they helped us find the perfect candles. The 3 wick candle sale going on today made it an even better trip. Store was very clean and organized. The mask mandate is over here so feel free to walk in without it.

I was having the worst week ever and I stopped into this bath and body works to pick up some wallflower refills and every person in this store was so friendly and helpful it really turned my day around. So I wanted to say thank you to Lisa and the nice cashier who’s name I didn’t get. I don’t think people realize how much just being nice can mean to someone.

I must say the manager name Antonette was truly the best I cannot express enough how wonderful and great customer services she gave along with every employee she had working beside her. The whole team was awesome. This was my sister first time here in bath and body works and each employee that was working tonight went above an beyond. I cannot thank you enough for truly showing wonderful customer service in a world that is losing itself in hate. I will be returning.

Shopped here early last weekend for the candle day sale. All the staff was very energetic, very friendly, and very helpful! It's always fun to shop here. Of the stores in the SW Suburbs, this one (imo) tends to have some of the best offerings during specialty sales like candle day and the semi-annual sale. The store is very clean and safe, and even during busy events like candle day, they're careful to only let so many guests in at a time to prevent chaos, and to clean up any mess from the commotion like broken glass.
