My husband and I order from here about once a week. This THE BEST food. Highly recommend the Brian special and/or the Cole’s Special, those are our personal favorites but everything we have tried has been exceptional. We have always had an amazing experience ordering takeout or dining in, the staff has always been so kind and accommodating.

So close to Walls of Jericho, AMAZING stop for delicious Mexican food after a long hike. They crafted my vegetarian friend some great enchiladas. I had the potatoes and chorizo (Todd's Special). Loved the paintings of metate's on the front windows.

Good food, friendly service - a great surprise on our way up to Monteagle.

So here's the deal. This is a little spot you have to go to after a long hike at Walls of Jericho. The food was great. I'm from Chicago and have had great Mexican food. If this was I'm Chicago it would be one of the best. Couple that with an attentive staff even with every seat in the house taken? can't be beat! Oh and the customers are great to. I don't know what's going on in this little town with this great restaurant but, it is truly the spirit of southern hospitality. Eat here!

I love this place, I (Along with many friends) call it the best Mexican restaurant on our mountain, and visit it all the time, at least once a week. Amazing food, great selection of meals on the menu, insanely nice people (and not just because we are regulars to the place), and reasonable prices. Overall 10/10, as I said, I visit at least once a week.

Rosa's Kitchen ( Mexican Cafe) in Skyline, AL is a MUST STOP - PLACE TO EAT - TRULY AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD! We Stopped in - And Got To Understand- They ARE VERY RECENTLY Under New Ownership- AND HOLY WOW - THE RESTAURANT WAS SUPER CLEAN, THE STAFF ( FAITH) TOOK CARE OF US- WAS AMAZINGLY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT- NOT ONLY WILL WE DEFINITELY GO BACK BUT WE HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROSA'S TO ANYONE PASSING THROUGH ( ITS SUPER WORK IT!

I love this restaurant! The staff always makes you feel like family. Very friendly. They are not stingy with your order. Love their Chicken taco salads and love their Chicken Fajitas. Excellent!

Authentic Mexican Food. This is not bland food. It has a little less heat than what I had in the Yucatan, but the complexity of flavors was on point.

Good food, GREAT people. Very attentive service. Open, airy space. I was there on a Sunday and it's a local favorite. Lots of church folks with ASTOUNDINGLY well-behaved kids.

A quaint little jewel of Skyline. Awesome Mexican food, reasonable prices with more than ample amounts. If you leave hungry it's your own fault......

The tamales are the best I have ever had

New restaurant in Skyline with excellent Mexican cuisine. They have a comprehensive menu with a mix of buffet and a la carte items. Very responsive and friendly staff. I asked how hot the chili verde was and they brought me a small sampler to taste before ordering. Very nice!

My family has ordered the fajita chicken taco salad many times and it has always been delicious. We have also had the chicken chimichanga the fiesta/mixtas fajita nachos and a couple of the different quesadillas with no complaints. I have mostly ordered my food over the phone and picked it up to take home.
