Wonderful service, took my granddaughter there for her birthday, they sized her for a bra and really went above and beyond in customer service. The associate whom helped us was Jasmine. Never hesitated for a moment to help us and get my granddaughter fitted. She was wonderful and look forward to see her again when we go back. She was sweet and smiling and just friendly as can be. Made our experience wonderful. Thank you Jasmine .

Pink has some amazing deals, especially when the employees tell you all about them. I went in today and interacted with two employees and they were absolutely delightful! I had a conversation with a younger employee about starbucks and she was super friendly and very attentive. I had a conversation with another employee, I believe she was a manager, and we talked about work and husbands. They were both helpful and told me all the sales. Their attitudes were very joyous and happy. I felt very welcomed and not judged as a bigger women. I definately recommend coming to this location. Great experience 👍

I've been all over the country and I have to say this Pink store has the BESTEST customer service ever!!!! Everyone was so polite and very helpful. From the time ⏲ I walked in the door 🚪 and until the time I walked out, they treated me like a valuable customer. Everyone addressed me by my name like they known me for years. Whenever I'm in the Chicago area, I'm going to this Pink store 💗. And they do have almost all the merchandise that you'll see online.

Found what I needed and put it on hold. The girl was very sweet.

I had an item that I thought was a free promotion but I got charged for it. I went to the store and they took care of the problem for me and made sure the charge was removed from my credit card. They went that extra mile for me and appreciate it!!!!!
