Jack sure is a good guy. He was honest and his prices cannot be beat. My husband and I have only been to his garage on two occasions, but he will be our go to guy when we need a repair.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Myself and my family have had nothing but positive experiences at Jack's. He is very approachable and always willing to answer any questions. My family is not handy in the slightest, so he explains what he is doing, why it is important and how it will help in the future. We have taken our cars to a lot of different shops throughout the years, however, once we found Jack's we never went anywhere else. I highly recommend Jack for every car owner. You won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend using Jack for all your car troubles! He was able to get my car in the day after I called and had everything fixed by the end of that day! Very reasonably priced and great customer service! Way better than any dealership or chain mechanic shop! Thank you Jack!!

Jack Rocks...Honest, finds the actual problem and fixes it. I would say he is the best mechanic in New Lenox. Versus the last 10 mechanics I have used that just start replacing what they "think" is wrong...changing 5 parts and charging me out the wazoo to figure the problem out. I could just start changing things myself if that is how it works.

A real mechanic is a expert in diagnostics and Jack is that. He is fair and the work is always done right. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. He is also a really cool guy. The shop is nice big and very well equipped.
