Just a Great Dealership. I called and spoke with a sales rep Kenny on a Thursday night talking numbers from Georgia and I picked up my truck Saturday morning! No curveballs or oh, by the ways, straight talking dealership. Highly recommend and ask for Kenny B if you’re calling to talk to a sales representative. The most important thing is they beat three of the biggest dealerships in Georgia on the price of my King Ranch. Just goes to show you volume dealers doesn’t always equal better pricing which is why I drove 3 1/2 hours each way!

Gilland food service department is great!! The girls at the front are very helpful and knowledgeable about your vehicle and FordPass app. I don’t know that I had over $200 on my FordPass and she looked it up and told me. That means free oil change for me!! Thanks again to Gilland Ford for the works.

I found my Maverick at Gilland when I couldn't find one anyplace else. I found it and bought it the same day. Everything that could be done over the phone was and by the time I got there all I had to do was test drive, sign the papers and drive off. The truck had a full tank of gas and had been fully detailed. They even told me a great place to eat.

Cody was a wonderful salesman he answered all of our questions on a new 2024 Mustang. We ordered the car from the factory and he made sure to keep me informed on the entire process. I would highly recommend Gilland Ford if you are in the Armed Forces or just looking for a car. Cody will set you right!

After dealing with another area dealer who totally blew a sale due to their high pressure, "stick it to the chump" sales tactics, we decided to drive up the road to Ozark and give Gilland a try.

Great experience. Worked with Parker on my new truck and it was a seamless experience. The whole process was easy and no fuss. Filled the tank up without me asking and we were out of there in thirty minutes.

Drove 10 hours round trip to purchase my vehicle from Gilland Ford and I would do it again. Tina Adkins was incredibly helpful and a real pleasure to work with. I am from Tennessee and was traveling in Ozark, AL on Friday. I received a low tire indicator on my Ford Expedition. I pulled into a gas station and tried to add air with no success. I could visually see that one tire was lower than the others, but still drivable. I decided to drive to another gas station and try again. One mile down the road I saw Gilland Ford. I decided to pull in and just see if they could put air into the tire. I told them that I had AAA service and could call them. They still attempted to add air unsuccessfully. The service department removed the tire and found a nail. They plugged the tire. This was a Friday. From the front door of the showroom floor to the service department everyone was so nice and wanting to help. I had no appointment. They could easily have told me they were booked and to call AAA. But they DID NOT. Everyone was so nice and cordial. I left confident that I was not going to have a tire issue further down the road. Gilland Ford is AWESOME. I am so thankful to all of them.

I saw a vehicle on the Gilland Ford website I was interested in and filled out an inquiry form. Although, I didn't expect a response since it was Sunday over labor day weekend Tina Adkins promptly reached out via email and txt. We coordinated a time for the following Tuesday to look at the vehicle, Tina was extremely accommodating as I had to move the time around a couple of times.

Bottom line, I liked the vehicle and the trade allowance on my current vehicle was acceptable. I planned on coming back to the dealership that evening to finish the purchase and sign all the paperwork. Tina promised to have everything ready so it would be a quick in and out. Having bought to many vehicles over the years, it is never a quick in and out...however I must say Tina held true to her promise. When we returned that evening, 15 minutes later we were leaving the dealership having finished everything.

It was a pleasure doing business with Gilland Ford and specifically Tina Adkins. The next time I am in the market for a new vehicle I will be sure to check Gilland first.
