Signing the lease and obtaining all paperwork was extremely easy. Marlene is perfect for the job she does. Organized and prompt. The Mobile Homes are clean and beautiful. It appears every Mobile Home at the location fits this description as well.

The only thing that I can say bad about the park is the roads are horrendous Due to these potholes and messed up road. I will likely need service on my vehicle after six months or so

I am so pleased with the management! They are on top of any issues that arise and address them quickly. They are some of the nicest people! I have enjoyed every encounter I’ve had with them. They truly care about their residents! I highly recommend the property.

Ms. Marlene is an absolute joy and is very hard working, as well is Mr. Robert, the maintenance guy. We are so thanful and thrilled that we chose to move here. The management was extremely helpful in working out all the details of our mobile home purchase and went above and beyond in all our needs in getting settled here in the park.
They are always ready to answer questions or help with any problem. There are yet improvements to be made, but we recommend
the park to anyone looking for a good quiet place to live.

I moved to Riverchase MHP in 1991 bought me a home in 2014. This mobile home park has done very many improvements since I have moved across the street in a home on Edmonds Drive! It is always busy with construction the past 8 years has been interesting to watch the major improvements happening inside the park. It is a very comfortably quiet community & maybe soon they will pave the roads too! If you are looking for a new 2023 mobile home to rent or buy This is a great place to live reasonably priced too!

Been a great place to live. Quiet trailer park, maintenance is super quick and helpful, Marlene is very helpful and nice! Only complaint is not having paved roads and all the mud but can’t expect everything to be done in one day! Work is coming!

I moved here 2019 in my own home & have enjoyed liiving here it's quiet & peaceful! The new homes are nice & the park is comfortable for me! I will retire here most likely! Home is here for me! Lots of progress is happening & it's a great place to live too!

The manager was profession, nice, and very detail oriented toward application process. Super simple and was put at ease because all my questions were answer. They make sure you walk out happy customer. Highly recommended coming here to apply for a home.

We have lived at RiverChase MHP since October 2022, it's a quiet but friendly community. Marlene and her maintenance staff are great, and they are quick to fix any problem you may have! I would recommend checking it out if you are looking to move to Scottsboro!

Property Manager Marlene deserves 100 gold stars! Literally the most patient, sweet, and helpful landlord we have ever had! Trailers are super nice as well.

Been here since 2021, have AMAZING people in place for any maintenance and pretty quiet neighbors. Great location since so close to grocery stores and schools.

Nice clean mobile home part they really keep up the park really well there I'd recommend if you're looking for a place to rent give him a call and if I'm not mistaken you can rent to own some of the trailers
