Scottsboro Tackle Company

So my wife and I roll into Scottsboro and of course we go to Scottsboro Tackle Company because I’ve been wanting to go for years. Upon entering we are greeted by friendly smiles and request of being helped with anything. Tim and Andrea the owners was absolutely amazing and very helpful. They answered all our questions and helped out any way they could even gave us tips on where and what to use as bait and how to fish it. Can’t hardly find a better bait shop and they have a wide selection of products. Definitely an 11 out of 10 in my book and I will return and they have earned my business from here on and I’ll be recommending them to everyone that goes through the area. 1/23/24

This was my first time in here and I must admit the owners are so nice. They donated ALOT of items for Money Monday's Bass Fishing Classic Tournament in October. Clean store, great prices and owned and operated by generous and caring husband and wife. Thank you again for the donations and for helping the fishing community! We are all family around here and being new to the area i really appreciate it!

They have tackle and a large selection of rods. If you are in the market for hats, they have them too.

This is an awesome business. They make great products and offer all of the common name brand products you want to see at a tackle shop. Their prices are fair and comparable to other big box tackle shops. I recently purchased 2 reels online with them and I received them super fast. 5 stars to Scottsboro tackle company!

Very nice tackle store. Nice selection of all major name brand suppliers. I would highly recommend visiting. Mainly geared towards bass fishing but had some crappie/panfish. Friendly staff.

I have visited several stores around Lake Guntersville. But I keep coming back to STC. When I walk in the door I feel like they want me there. No matter who is working they always speak to you before you can get in the door good. They take time even when busy to answer questions you may have about the products they sell. They are now the only tackle store I will buy from when I am on Lake Guntersville. Try them out and see for yourself.

I always like to stop in. They have a good selection and it's better to help local businesses than the big chains stores. They have competitive prices and a great selection, even now when a lot of suppliers are having a hard time meeting demands.

STC is a must stop if you're fishing Lake Guntersville. They have a killer selection of all the "right" gear you need, including a huge selection of swimbaits, plastics, and hard baits. They also have the hard to find terminal tackle to fit those big swimbaits! I've been a consistent customer since they first opened and am impressed with their exceptional customer service. If there's something you need that you don't see just ask. They're happy to order it for you.
