This business knows there stuff about guns and jewelry. The man that owns the business has been in business for 19 years and he doesn't cheat anyone. Great business and i will always buy my jewelry and guns here. The people below this comment don't have clue what they are talking about.

Great prices on guns! My favorite firearm dealer in the city! Their prices are often below msrp and have a wonderful selection would give 5 stars but the older man is very rude and disrespectful and only wants to talk politics!

Need better nicer someone running the place

Some good deals and some not that good. I have had some good finds but I have walked out without buying anything because it seemed a little high. They have always treated me well either way.

I've been going to byrds for about 2 and a half years now and I've bought 3 guns from them and today I went to look for an ak47 and they had 2 but I needed to use the restroom (it's not public so I had to go to a gas station) I asked them if they would keep an eye on them for about 15 minutes to which the owner replied with "you dont know what you want, you dont know what you'll want when you get back" I'm sad to say that I will not be going back simply because of his attitude he alone has ruined that store for me. The girl and the other man that wears glasses however are the kindest and most sweetest people I have ever met though

I understand they have to make money too but there is no sense on trying to rip people off

We love supporting local businesses, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any local business. As soon as you walk in, you can see just how low the bar is for customer service. The man was so unprofessional and condescending while his wife stared critically like she had never seen a customer before. You can tell that these are not the people who started this business and kept it going for so long. Not sure how long they will continue to stay in business without Jesus and a crash course in Business 101.

If I could give a negative star I would. I live far enough away from anywhere that I went ahead and called ahead of time before going in. Spoke with someone over the phone about selling some stuff, and before I could finish explaining what I had he snapped at me to bring the items in to look at. Repeating this every time I asked about an item, I finally assumed they would let me sell the items in store. I drove all the way to the shop and didnt make it ten feet into the store with my items before I was snapped at that they didnt accept anything I had to sell. The guy wouldn't even let me explain that the man on the phone told me I could bring them in to be sold. So now I'm out of money and wasted gas to drive down there when I originally called to avoid this. Will not be going back.

I bought a set of earr9ings from them and paid $327 CASH for them, got in a tight and went to sell them back to JUNIOR BYRD , he said he never charged me that for them when I had the receipt... TOTAL RIP OFFS!!!!!! WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH BEING TREATED THAT WAY BY A PERSON I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH FOR YEARS!!

Have been to Byrds on three separate occasions to look at guns for sale and was rude to each and every time. Third times the charm. Won't be back
