Our waiter told me about this hidden variant of the ribs—DEEP FRIED! They were so good! I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and never tried much besides my usual 2-3 favorite menu items. Fried ribs were great! Thanks for the suggestion!

I can’t believe this place has 1 and 2 stars! It is freaking amazing. Their smothered burritos are so bomb. Service is always great and very friendly. The only bad part is waiting on busy days! 10/10 would recommend

This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant. The meal to get is the smothered burritos. It’s the perfect meal to share with my spouse. We even have leftovers after the meal.

The staff is super nice. I’ve talked to many of them and they are great people. The food price is very reasonable and the taste is the best I’ve found in Utah (prove me wrong). I eat here at least three times a month.

Get Mexican food. I do love everything they sell but their cheese enchiladas are my favorite. I could eat their flour tortillas for days! The staff is so kind and the food always gets out so fast. I love this please the most.

Friend recommended this place as more of an Authentic Mexican Food. Everything tasted great. Good prices. When we come back to Bountiful again we WILL return.

All time favorite Mexican restaurant. Beautiful decor, friendly service and the best tasting Mexican food I've ever had. I take my whole family, we always get their Smothered bean and cheese burritos, but their chimichangas and tacos are amazing too.

The food was great and the frozen drinks are delicious. Cheaper than most Mexican restaurants and close to home servers are normally on top of it so your food is always hot. Chips are fresh never stale.

Something has happened recently at Lorenas. The quality of the food has been reduced significantly. The chicken tastes like it came out of a can.

I worked at this restaurant when I was 14... 29 years ago. There is a good reason that people from Salt Lake to Ogden, make it a point to stop in Woods Cross to go to Lorenas. It's the same family, the same quality food, the same reasonable prices, and the same great timely service that it has always been for all these years. Sometimes the La Frontera/La Puente restaurants blur together, but Lorenas is just a little bit better at everything they do!

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is not fancy but it is clean and the people are very nice and the prices are very reasonable. I wish I lived closer and had known about it sooner.

Really enjoyed the smothered burritos with rice & beans. My wife and I shared a single entree and it was plenty. The Horchata rice drink was delicious as well. Just had a couple of sips from my brother's and was tempted to order my own.

Unparalleled gastronomic pleasure! Their Chili Verde is a triumphant culinary masterpiece - succulent pork bathed in a piquant green sauce with the perfect balance of heat and flavor. It's more than a dish, it's an ode to Mexican cuisine. Definitely the best around, and one I'll savor time and again. A must-try for food connoisseurs!

Always come here when I visit back home in Utah. Best smothered burritos between Cali and TX and I have been in TX 12 years.
