I was misdiagnosed by Georgiana Knox (NP) - I was told I was NOT menopausal and I was fine, just needed to get my anxiety under control. I knew that didn't seem right so I had a 2nd opinion - - I am full blown menopausal - - Good job NP Knox - there is no telling how many other women u have MISDIAGNOSED!!! Will never use the place again.

What happened to helping people? I was about to fall over sick and was refused service. There was no one else there, empty waiting room and parking lot, and I can't get a shot for strep. All we were told was "no new patients". This is unbelievable! Also, I had cash to pay but we never got that far.

I was treated like a common criminal. This would be a good place for a doc office. I left in tears. Won't make this mistake twice. I have been taking the same meds for a amputation for yrs now. Doc asked why I took the meds when I told him. Of corse I had to prove it. I mean who would lie about something that terrible. Anyways I also told him what I couldn't take. And he wasn't interested in that at all. I am allergic to two meds. And when I told him he didn't wanna feel any thing at all.

Will NEVER step foot in that office again. Rude and condescending help. Told I was not cooperating while very ill and couldn't remember details from 40 plus years ago concerning dates of chickenpox and other various childhood sicknesses. Said I couldn't be seen by a dr. because my info wasn't yet in the computer. I'd been in this office many times over the last few years. I was there for a infection but was told I had no fever. Lucky I left and went to a dr. office where they actually cared about patient treatment and not about the fact I couldn't remember dates.
