Los Potrillos Mexican Restaurant

Los Potrillos was great! I had the Choripollo with tortillas and it was much more than I expected. A lot of times, when I get chorizo on a dish at a restaurant, I get a small portion, but at Los Potrillos, that was not the case. It was overloaded with chorizo! I will definitely be back!

The lunch menu is good, there is a buffet if your interested in that. The food is good at it's price point.

Every time- Chile colorado!!! Delicious, but makes me sweat! Very comfortable seating and a great atmosphere! My choice for Mexican food in Scottsboro!

Great Mexican food. They have been a hit in this city since opening offering authentic Mexican at low prices. The atmosphere is mediocre, so all you need to bring is the fun, for a great time with your family eating treating food at affordable for anyone's pocket. Not a bad deal.

Service was excellent! Food was excellent except for the chili relano is not what we are use too and what we were looking for. But other than that it was great Mexican food and our waitress was an absolute sweet heart that even gave our kiddos quarters for the little toy vending machine....which totally bumped her tip up more!

Been here twice in two days. The food is definitely above average and the tomatillo sauce is absolutely great. The enchiladas suizas were very good and the enchiladas Monterrey were solid as well. Everyone else eating with me enjoyed their meals. The salsa is a little bland for my taste but the green habenero salsa on the tables is really good and will catch you by surprise. Definitely worth the stop and I'll surely be back.

First off, this is one of two places I frequent. Second, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Once you enter the doors, the salivating smell of iron-seared fajitas slaps your nose with such force that your stomach lurches to your eyes to behold such a gift from the Gods. Our waitress, Litzy, makes us feel like family. Her sweet and fun demeanor just add to the charm. The soda pop is expertly calibrated and crispy to the mouth. I always order the pollo fundido which is a grilled chicken breast smothered in divine cheese dip and served with rice and guacamole salad. The food served at this establishment has blessed my soul and I hope it blesses yours the same.

BEST IN SCOTTSBORO! GOOD FOOD CLEAN, OWNER'S ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE. SERVER'S GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THE COSTUMER HAPPY. 😊

Our lil family absolutely loves trying out different Mexican food restaurant giving our honest option this is truly wothy of every penny spent food. Always hot delish an more than you can eat. We carry out most times unless our kids finish ours off lol
