I eat here a lot. They work hard for little reward.

Staff was professional and courteous. The restaurant was clean. Great food, great price!

Food was fast and fresh. We got 20 nugget meal and they did remember the sauce thank god. And we tried that new jalapeño burger... it was definitely very delicious and not too spicy.

got order wrong again. charged me for sausage egg and cheese biscuit and gave me sausage cheese biscuit.

Ran in to get a late dinner and everything was hot and accurate!!

The location seemed fine. My work truck is kind of large for the drive-thru so they let me come inside because the doors were locked. Covid restrictions are over and they told me that they were doing a deep clean of the restaurant. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and some fries and that was it. In and out within 5 minutes

Had the nicest guy ever take my order while going through the drive-thru! Much appreciate the service!

Delicious sandwiches and friendly staff. Sometimes there are some employees here that are rude. But most of the time they are very nice. Will continue to come here big shout out to the manager melissa she deserves a raise times 2 she was very kind and understanding and keeps it awsome.

Ordered in the app. The wait was minimal and the order was correct. The team member who brought out the order was polite and greeted me with a smile. Always nice to have friendly service.

I have visited the McDonald's here in jerseyville each time I have come to josephville for medical purposes and I have to admit they're extremely consistent compared to other McDonald's where I'm from in the city when it comes to their french fries they're always crispy never soggy awesome good job guys and ladies.

Without a doubt the best McDonald's I've eaten at in at least 10 years! Very fast very quick very smooth and all that was nice and hot!

Never have a problem at this location. Always friendly. Food is hot. Fries are good.

A visit with my granddaughter isn't complete without her happy meal and my day gets off to a better start with one of your breakfast choices and sweet tea. Thanks. We love you.

Cleaner Than The Older McDonald's, More Modern, No Playground Where Kids Could Get Hurt, And I Also Love It Because We Can Bring Our WI-FI In Even Young Children. The Menus Are Cool Looking, Their Sweet Tea Is Delicious. This McDonald's In Monroe County, You Can't Beat. My Mom Moved To Waterloo 1 Year After This McDonald's Open And We Go To It Sometimes. This McDonald's Opened Summer 2015 And Still Looks Sharp In Spring 2017!! (No Joke). The Older McDonald's From 2014 Was Disgusting, Dusty, And That One Still Had A Playground Right Before They Closed. 2015 Was A Great Year For The Newer McDonald's In Waterloo!!
