Absolutely love working with them. I have used them on multiple high-end projects but also on projects where I am trying to save money. Their selection is so great so they really can accommodate most budgets. I’m currently working with them on my own house right now and am really impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with. I’ve had nightmare experiences with other countertop companies in the area - these companies can appear to be a little bit cheaper but the quality is not great and the actual installation has not been pretty. Not to mentioned they always seem to tack on additional fees. West Chicago Custom Countertops is patient and if I ever do have issues with the installation, they are always willing to make things right. I can’t recommend West Chicago Custom Countertops enough!

They worked with us to use the exact sections we preferred from the slab, and the end product is beautiful. The installation team did a fantastic job as well, and were able to make requested adjustments on the spot. We are thrilled with the results, and highly recommend this company for your countertop!

They did a great job for us. Even went and ordered some quartz we liked that they did not carry (although they carry a lot). We went some other places, but they seemed sketchy for one reason or another. Went back to WCCC because they were recommended and we're glad we did.

They have installed our kitchen countertops and now two pieces on our built-ins. The pieces look great and in the case of our built-ins they did not fit correctly but they fixed it within 24 hours and installed them. Very nice to deal with for any project.

They did an amazing job cutting out our old Corian sink from 2004 and installing our new stainless steel sink. Thank you Ramiro!

We had an and amazing experience! Having had an unplanned remodel, West Chicago Custom Countertop completed our order and installed a vanity top in three days! It looks beautiful and they did a great job installing it. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

We have used this great company twice, once for a bathroom countertop and again for the kitchen countertops and backsplash. We dealt with Myeria and Ramero along with the installers. What a great experience! – The countertops are spectacular and custom fit perfectly. The installers were just great. This is a family run business the does a great job. We couldn’t be happier.

They were prompt, professional, and when we were looking for something slightly different, Tish searched the warehouses in Chicago, and found where they had exactly what we were looking for - and even called me after hours to provide me with the locations! Their prices were excellent as well.
