Absolutely love all of these girls! They took great care of me and I’ve never loved my hair more! Shelby was amazing and will definitely be doing my hair from now on!

My first appointment at Hollywood Hair was a little less than a year ago and I’ve been Rachel’s client for every visit (5 so far). The salon and very nicely appointed, every detail is considered and thoughtful of how the guest should feel immersed in their ethos and brand. It’s definitely an experience. The cost of the services provided is commensurate with the quality delivered. I want to highlight the key distinctions from the majority of my previous salon experiences:
1. They offer many drink options with seasonal curations (plus fresh chocolate chip cookies!)
2. The hygiene is impeccable. Every hair brush is wrapped and clean before used on the guest.
3. Tranquil shampoo room—I really love this part because the scalp and neck massages are amazing and you can really relax..hopefully the projector is retired because that’s the only aspect that ruins it
4. There are many assistants and expeditors that are there to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently with the time. I’ve had them tone, shampoo, blow dry, etc. while the primary is working on another client. I don’t mind this at all, as all of them help Rachel focus on the artistry, but newcomers might not understand the multitasking and not every salon operates this way. Dannielle is one of these assistants and I’ve enjoyed her services every step of the way.
5. Last but certainly not least is Rachel. I trust her to elevate my hair every visit whether it be a root touch-up or freshening up my balayage. Her color artistry is superb and her formulations make my hair feel and look luxurious. I appreciate how she understands my vision and delivers far above that.

I've been seeing Kaitlyn for several years. I absolutely adore her as a person and a professional. She's amazing at everything she does. I've had color, highlights, and brow wax services from her. I've never been disappointed with her work.

The salon is always clean and a great atmosphere. The shampoo room is so relaxing. I absolutely love going to Hollywood Hair.

I never have enough words for how incredible I feel leaving here!! Kaitlyn has been doing my hair for a year now and she has taken me to my dream blonde. She always listens and cares for me. Unscrambles my messy requests and pulls out the most gorgeous colors. She is so kind and pure and always makes me feel valued and cared for in her chair. Excellent experience from everyone! I initially brought my daughter in (5 yrs old) to have her hair cut and styled. My daughter suffers from alopecia so it's been difficult finding someone to help tailor to her needs. Kate was absolutely wonderful with her. She took the time to wash, cut, style, and show me how to continue styling her hair at home. I have been back several times for myself and my son, we both saw Amber. Amber was also fantastic with my son, and helped style his hair. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and will continue to be clients here for as long as we are stationed here.

I needed a new salon after moving to the Belleville area. I absolutely love this place. They go the extra mile in every way and I look forward to every visit. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair and Amber Fisher is the absolute best. I recommend for anyone looking for a high end salon with reasonable rates and an amazing group of people.

Courtney and Kate did a wonderful job on Carly for homecoming!! Not only did she look gorgeous, but she felt that way too. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Hollywood Hair Salon and spa is absolutely the best full service salon in the area. From my first visit to my second visit I was pampered, heard, and taken care of. Keneesha is on point with color/cut/style and I would highly recommend her service. Don’t pass up the shampoo massage or a cocktail either! Not only are the stylists incredibly skilled-they are also very professional. Sit back, indulge, enjoy and get the hair result you’ve been waiting for!

I’ve been a client of Grace F for all my hair needs; from color, highlight, cut and style. This is the first place that I can say I’ve never had to go home and rewash or fix my hair after it was done. With a wash you get a head massage in a darkened room with relaxing music playing. Time to be pampered and relax. Also if you feel like an adult beverage..you can have it. I’ve also had my lashes done with Bri. She did a wonderful job. This salon is full of talented, skilled people that will help you feel 110% better about what you see in the mirror. Call them. Get the tour and shop in the boutique.

Where to begin... I'll start with my phenomenal stylist, Bailey - who's "Hollywood" panache always has me wishing I were 20 years younger! When looking up Hollywood Hair in Shilo, one of her past clients had labeled her the "Pixie Queen" in a high praised review, which was what caught my eye - & that she IS! Bailey (and I'd bet all stylists at Hollywood) asked me several important questions about my hair, my styling strengths/dislikes, color, & if I could snap my fingers & have any hairstyle, what would it be? on my very first appointment. After we talked everything through, she gave me her idea & I was ready to go!! She gave me a full color, cut my hair into an asymmetrical bob/pixie (SUPER CUTE & she added some micro hair pieces to make the longer side longer, which I purchased that day - they were on sale on matched my hair exactly! I also asked Bailey to wax & tint my eyebrows... & I seriously looked like a new woman! Since going to Bailey, I get random compliments from strangers about my hair & it simply lifts up my day... except maybe the shampoo room at Hollywood Hair! It's sooo relaxing - dark & lit with candles, smells of refreshing shampoo & is almost always really quiet - plus they do an awesome job! Another note, they offer a fantastic drink menu - adult drinks included! Hollywood Hair in Shilo is the perfect place to go for high-quality hair needs & the extra pampering we ALL deserve!!

Love this place! I’m pretty basic in hair needs (just a wash, a cut, and a style for me), but this place makes the experience such a wonderful oasis from the daily hustle and bustle of life. I’ve been all over the world with military moves and I’ve never had such artful hairwashing (across all assistants from multiple visits). Specialized sinks with headrests prevent any sort of discomfort or heaviness from my long wet hair during the process and the scalp massages are 👌 The wash room is a whole mood… calming incense candles, tranquil music, and low mood lighting, rather than the chatter. Hair cuts are first class and professional in every way. Friendly and welcoming staff, with a variety of comforting drinks available (to include spiked cocoa and teas). Won’t be going anywhere else as long as we are in this area!

Just coming on here to give a shoutout to the best hair stylist I’ve been to in such a long time (maybe ever!). Shelby at Hollywood hair salon did incredible. She took the time to do a consultation, explain EVERYTHING in terms I would understand, suggested products (without being pushy), did a cost analysis (personal homework included, & LISTENED TO ME all before I ever paid her a dollar. I asked about pricing and she gave me upfront options for me to decide on. It did stop there though, the day of my service we went over everything again, established a plan, and when we got started she was incredible from start to finish. She did the best scalp massage ever and was so wonderful with my daughter (who sat with me for nearly the entire process). Shelby stayed late, gave the perfect balance between friendly chatter and quiet time, oh and let’s not forget she worked absolute MAGIC on my head. I will be returning to her for all of my hair needs for as long as I am in the area.

And although my experience was so stylist specific, I’d like to note that the entire staff was so friendly, the salon was impressively clean, and the complimentary beverages were delicious.

If you come to Hollywood Hair in Shiloh I recommend coming to see Brianna. Not only is she a talented well knowledgeable stylist she is also very accommodating when I want to add some highlights if I'm just scheduled for my roots. The entire team is so talented so any person you end up booking with will make you look and feel amazing.

I love this Salon! I dread having to get my hair done and I always feel so uncomfortable but I went to Hollywood Hair yesterday and it was AMAZING!! I got to meet so many great people and my stylist Keneesha was so welcoming and helpful. I also had a neck massage and convo that was so nice… when I could finally relax but I sadly can’t remember the name of the stylist.

I've had my hair done here by both Bri and Shelby and both were fantastic! Amber tackled my daughter's thick curly hair and also did an amazing job. Everyone is super nice and who doesn't love the fresh-out-of-the-oven cookies they hand out?!

I can’t recommend Grace enough! Her consultation was so thorough, she listened to my long term hair goals and made recommendations so I could achieve exactly what I was looking for! She’s my new go-to girl!

I have lived in St Louis for over 50 years, and have gone to many salons here “ in the big city”. They just don’t compare to the staff and entire “team effort” that you feel when visiting Hollywood Hair in both Shiloh & Centrailia, Illinois! Your pampered feeling begins with checking in and continues throughout the whole experience. I am 67 and want a salon and stylist that will keep me fashionable and current. The new boutique, Marilyn’s Dressing Room, makes the visit even more fun and worth the drive. I marvel every time 2 or more team members jump to my side to help blow dry my hair without worrying who is working the hardest! The training at this salon, is both obvious and intentional. I request Josh S., however if he was not available I have had great experiences with other team members as well. If you go, please ask for the shampoo with the massage…..it was SO relaxing, it truly sets them apart from anywhere else I have gone. Just book an appointment and let them win you over✅🙌

Grace Fietsam at Hollywood Hair in Shiloh always does an amazing job! She is a whiz with color and always does exactly what I want for cut and style- which is hard to find. I feel like a lot of times you see a stylist and the result is similar to the picture you wanted but not exact, but Grace is always spot on! The shampoo head massages are the best. Cute boutique and drinks served while you’re getting your service. Love it!

Had a great experience at this salon, not once but twice! Kate was very professional, courteous, and down to earth! I highly recommend Hollywood Hair for the simple fact that they are top notch professionals!
