Go Yoga Express

Love love love! The instructors are so supportive, inspiring, and motivating! If you are intimidated by being a beginner, you will find comfort in this studio. It truly is a space to feel at peace and to find your strength! Also, their merchandise is soooo cute!

It's yoga-tastic! I've been to 2 classes on a month trial, both instructors were great and definitely knew what they were doing. The facility is super clean and the main room is amazing. Thinking about trying yoga out for alternative or supplemental workout, give Go Yoga Express a try.

I've been to studios all over our area and I have never I felt so welcomed and comfortable as I do here. I have stuck to my practice and grown more then I ever have before because of the Go Yoga community. The teachers are the best and push you but also respect your limits. The atmosphere is welcoming, not competitive. I highly recommend trying the 30 days for $40. It's a great deal and a great way to try out the different classes and see what you like. I haven't tried a class that I didn't enjoy.

Go Yoga Express offers high quality yoga instruction in all of the classes offered. Kellie is the owner and teaches Some Like it Hot (my favorite class). There are also power yoga, HIIT, boot camp and other offerings during the week. The hot yoga studio is large and that makes me so happy. The staff are friendly and professional. Jenna and Taylor have been very helpful with the livestream and virtual studio.

I attended an into to Yoga two part class. I found the facilities and the staff to be very nice. The encouragement and non judgemental attitude towards beginners was very comforting. The class was challenging for me personally, but very doable! I highly recommend them!!

The staff was very welcoming. This is important for some one who is new. The instructor, Liz, was very good. I enjoy hot yoga because it helps my back. The class was great with lots of room to move.

I love Go Yoga Express! The instructors are kind, knowledgable, friendly, and caring. Yoga can sometimes be an intimidating experience but the instructors at Go Yoga make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I love everything about Yoga (the challenge it presents physically and mentally) and I am happy I have a space like Go Yoga Express to practice.

I always feel welcome at GYE. From staff to fellow yogis, everyone is eager to help, making newcomers feel at home. The variety of classes are great--there's something for everyone. The choice between two different locations works well with my schedule. The positive energy, great teachers, & wonderful yoga environment will keep me coming back.

If you're looking for a great place to start your path into yoga, or for a CHALLENGING workout - this is the place! As a complete novice to yoga, I never felt intimidated. Instructors are kind, helpful and want to see you grow in your practice.

Both studios are great! I would t be forcing myself out of bed at 4 am 4-5 days a week if the instructors weren’t great! Each one bring their own spin to the class so there is always a variety and no two classes are ever the same. I highly recommend!

I love this studio. The whole vibe is super positive: body positive, gratitude focused, and relationship centered. No matter what the skill level is, there are encouraging teachers and fellow practitioners ready to help. Things are a little different currently due to covid, but the passion and desire to connect are still apparent and I can't think of a better business to support right now.

Absolutely love the studios and instructors! There are a variety of classes for all levels of practice. The instructors are very knowledgable in the field and offer options and support to take your practice where you want it to go.

Go Yoga Express is a great place to get in a good session of yoga. The teachers are amazing and kindhearted. It is a great place to go to to feel good about yourself mentally and physically.

Love coming to hot yoga! Honestly I never thought yoga was that intense but i was Wrong. I’m so glad i tried it and now love it!
