Heros in Style

Excellent staff! Very courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have what you need. All items purchased from this location have been in excellent condition and the embroidery done is top notch. Definitely will be stopping by again soon!

I’ve been using heros for about 6 years and have had nothing but the best experience. The staff is great and very helpful with getting you what you need. All of my uniforms I’ve gotten from heros have been in great condition! Will definitely be using them again in the future again!

I am the Chief of local municipal EMS agency and I have been using Heros in Style for years. I applaud the EMS professionals that took over the store right before the COVID pandemic. This created many obstacles and supply chain issues. I am extremely happy that they survived all of this to continue to serve our local public safety needs.

All of the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The few issues that I have had have been resolved quickly and efficiently. All equipment is in excellent shape with competitive prices. Love doing business there!

I have not been able to get an answer at the phone number or get anyone in person at the store in over 2 months so I have been forced to leave a review as those sometimes do get answered.
I bought an expensive coat in July of 2023 and have been waiting for it to be embroidered since then. Every time I would call or show up, I would be told 1 more week. It still isn't done, then over 2 months ago, they just stopped responding all together. I am not even sure this place is open anymore. I do not want to be out the money for the coat and the cost of the embroidery. I really just want the coat that was purchased for my husband.

STILL Waiting on boots, ordered 3-15-2023. This is the the FIRST post, after patiently waiting OVER 5 months! . . . (Part 2) . . . . Sept. 30th 2023. If over 5 months was Unacceptable, NOW we are at 6 1/2 months! On a (PRE-PAID) order! You ARE Correct! VERY Unacceptable!!!. . . .3 Days away from (7-MONTHS!) & Still waiting! How about a refund check, in the mail? 1-20-2024 (10-MONTHS!) & Still waiting on a REFUND! NOT BOOTS!!! I ordered Another pair of those a long time ago. FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Store hours are apparently made up as they go. Just drove over an hour to get here for them to be arbitrarily closed on a Wednesday at 2:30pm. Don't waste your time here.
