I went in the other night did my normal shopping not noticing I'm on closing min. When I was checking it remembered I forgot my wallet at home the cashier luckily said she would wait (for my disrespectful self). So nice of her I have been there quite a few times recently and the shelves have been so neat and every thing is faced forward. She is the one who does this also come to fine out. This is my shout out to a great worker. Thanks again!

Great little grocery store.. I always park up front, less walking (I have bad knee) produce is always fresh, quality meat department at lower prices.. and this is my favorite deli! I can be in and out of the store quickly and save money compared to major stores.. and the employees are very friendly! This is the Best secret store. Thank you Val's :-)

New ownership! The inside of the store feels much cleaner. The deli makes awesome, unique dishes everyday (except the potato wedges...ask to try one first. Sometimes they get hella dry). The aisles are larger and the place overall feels a lot less claustrophobic. They have amazing sales and the other prices are pretty in line with other places.

They catered ALL of the food for my father's Celebration of Life. It was beyond perfect. Everything was fresh and delicious. The deli manager communicated clearly and put me at ease. She worked to do exactly what we wanted. We had subs, beefs, fruit, meat/cheese platters, veggie tray....and everytime I thought oh no I don't have that utensil, she had it packed in a box for me! Nothing was forgotten! Thank you Vals

Nice local place. Good variety and a great meat department. New owners are working hard to make changes. So nice to have another option besides than that horrible Jewel with their high prices and silly games.

The meat department is a real surprise, great meat great prices!! The deli is absolutely delicious...the egg salad is amazingly perfect.

people are so nice there 😗 i feel welcomed when i walk in, they tell me they love me and throw heart candies and me. and then when i check out they give me a kiss on the cheek. you can’t beat that! 😏

The deli is soooo soooo good. Egg salad is better than homemade, fried chicken and other stuff. Real nice meat.

They at least care by keeping it cleaner than most other food stores around our area. And selections are great. Thank you Vals for caring

Stopped by after visiting the pet shop next door, Picked up some groceries. Nice store, reasonable prices and nice staff. Will be back

Best ground beef in town,not chewy...mealy...like the big box store meat is plus....Vals meat tastes like....meat. Friendly service. Nice place to shop.

New owners fresh and clean inside with remodeling it opened up and looks great! Great owners and cashiers! Also has fresher produce than before!
