Mosquito Joe of Tri-Cities IL

We used Mosquito Joe for our wedding reception and it was absolute perfect in every way! There were zero bugs. I've said it multiple time to friends, but you guys were an absolute pleasure to work with. You're professional, so knowledgeable and made us feel so taken care of. Thank you for helping make our day perfect!

We hired Mosquito Joe for and Event treatment prior to my daughters backyard wedding. As we prepared our yard for the event a few weeks before we noticed a definate mosquito issue. We decided to look into hiring a professional to help make the day a success. They came out the Monday before to treat our yard and then again the day before. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Saturday night I did not notice any issues with Mosquitos. I checked with the bride and a few guests that I know have significant issues with bug bites and am happy to report no issues. I would highly recommend their service for your special event. Thank you Mosquito Joe for making the bride extra happy!

We rarely have a mosquito problem, and the person who does the application does an excellent job communicating so I know when he will arrive.

END OF SEASON and STILL...Great service all around! We appreciate the friendly reminders and treatment summary after each visit. Having the service has really been a game changer for our outdoor time and it is a must, no question. Not only makes outside fun again but makes it true quality time. Thanks MJ!!

Start of season: We 1000% recommend! Best experience with customer service and techs. They make sure that they keep thier slogan true, "making outside fun", with scheduling changes to accommodate our outside events. No longer have to plan on moving the party inside because of bug attacks. Used other services in the past, but Mosquito Joe is the BEST!

I’ve been a customer for several years and I’ve found Batavia’s Mosquito Joe to be very consistent. They always send a reminder text the day before and a text shortly before they arrive with a reminder to bring your pets inside. They are very courteous and efficient when they’re here. It makes sitting outside in the evening a pleasure. I would definitely recommend their services.

Always friendly, Plus they do the job right! We picked the natural treatment and it worked awesome. Had one retreat done but it had rained a lot that week . They were out next day to make sure we could enjoy our deck for the party we had that weekend .
They made sure to call this year to get us back on the schedule. They even honored the pre pay discount even tho it ended last month .

We love the team at Mosquito Joes! They are diligent about letting us know when they will arrive on service day, or when we are getting rescheduled to due to inclement weather. Mostly we love sitting on our patio without getting eaten alive in the summer!

Tim lets me know how far out he is. He checks to make sure he did a good job on the previous application and adjusts accordingly on the new visit. The staff are brilliant to work with and I found that their customer service is awesome.

Just started with these guys a month or so ago. They are amazing, they have a great attitude, are very friendly and professional. My yard has been so much better since they have been spraying! Highly recommend - they guarantee their work and they follow through on that!

We live near pond and have an issue with mosquitos. Since we've started to used MJ we are now able to enjoy our backyard. Highly recommend their service.

Guys are very friendly, professional, do a great job and are very thorough. If for any reason you get mosquitoes back before your next service, they will come back out at no additional charge.
