Stopped in for lunch. Service was quick. Food was delicious. I had the Shawncy and my wife had the BBQ chicken wrap. Both were great.

Best food in town. A lot of recent upgrades to the restaurant and new additions to the food which made the already amazing food incredible. More than likely due to new management. The most friendly staff. I can’t wait to come back already for the other new food I haven’t tried and the long time favorites of course. Must try. You won’t regret

Bread pudding with vanilla ice cream topped with Walnuts and sauce. (Best I've had in awhile)

I have been eating at The White Horse Inn for years. It is far and away the best homemade, scratch kitchen food you can find in a pub setting. You can tell that they put in the effort to create fresh and flavorful menu items. I highly recommend anything "pot roast" as well as the fried mushrooms. If you have never had homemade (not pre-fried then frozen) deep fried mushrooms you absolutely need to try them at White Horse Inn. You'll never eat the factory frozen shrooms again! Keep up the good work!!

Great food. Service is a little slow but worth the wait. Very busy every day of the week. Perfect dinning and drinking location.

You have got to stop in here! Even if it’s a quick bite, you won’t regret it. Has an local bar feel. Everything is priced really well and it’s cooked perfectly. The drinks are priced really well and offer decent selection. Service is fantastic and friendly. Bunch of TV’s to watch at the bar or if you’re dining in. The burger was seasoned well and the pot roast tacos are crazy good. You got to try this place out for yourself.

I didn't expect to be surprised for a strip mall bar. Uh, I was. Bartendress was superb, pot roast tacos were exceptional, and the place was packed on a Thursday afternoon.

Nice cozy little spot. Went for lunch with my family. Service was very good. The fajita quesadilla was very good and the fried pickles were amazing. Great breading and seasoned well. Never been to a bar where pot roast was the star but now I see why. The beef barely soup was very fresh and homemade and so was the cheeseburger soup. The Shawncy came recommended and did not disappoint. A simply done grilled cheese on Texas toast with a hearty portion of potroast inside. Pot roast was very homemade tasting. Not overcooked not fatty. My mom very much enjoyed the bruschetta flatbread and my dad enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs. Tatum was our server who was new there. She was very friendly and attentive.

Two must tries are the Shawncy and pot roast tacos at this local dive. The $5 burger is delish and a great deal as well!! Bar seating fills up fast after tradesmen work hours so Make sure you get there before

The food here is excellent and the atmosphere upbeat. I had the Monday burger special and he had the pot roast quesadilla. Great service from Lorna.

This was an excellent place to have a sandwich. I had the roast dinner. The meat was tender the vegetables were Cooked to perfection. The service was excellent.

The white horse never disappoints! Best Reuben and wings in town. If you love pot roast try the Shawncy. You won’t regret it.

The transformation of the White Horse Inn is amazing! Once a seedy dive bar, now one of the best bar and grills in town! Everything on the menu is delicious, the servers are friendly and the beer is cold!! The new outdoor patio is the place to begin the spring, summer or fall!

What a wonderful place to visit!
Excellent service, excellent food & the prices are very reasonable. The place always has a steady stream of people coming & going. Never had to wait for a table though. The food doesn't take long to get & it is very good. The servers are great & always stop by & ask if we needed anything else. Just an overall positive experience every time I go there.

We were driving down I80 near New Lenox and saw a billboard for White Horse Inn. Just as we got to the Rt 30 exit, traffic was almost at a stand still, so we got off to have lunch. The waitress and bar tender were super friendly and told us which was there favorite menu items. We both ended up ordering burgers, they were fantastic. I got fries with mine and he had an order of onion rings & a soup. The fries were excellent, the onion rings were very good and he enjoyed his broccoli & cheese soup. Over all it was a lovely lunch and we would definitely come in again.

Great little small town bar in a growing community. Everything I've ever eaten here is amazing, beer is cold, staff are excellent, and fellow patrons are always nice and smiling.

They team was so good to us, they were attentive, turned the music down for our Princess and the food was great. Highly recommend the roast, Cajun tots, all of it! We came in the summer and the salad was amazing.
