Worked with Chris he was wonderful! He greeted us at the door and let us know he was there to help and if we needed anything to let him know. He allowed us to look around and was not pushy at all. And at the end of the day we found the perfect couch for us.

Courtney was very helpful when we were looking at bedroom sets for our son. Her product knowledge and professionalism was obvious. We are repeat customers to this store and we will be returning in the future.

Connor was great! Let us look without being pushy. It was the first furniture I had browsed through where I didn't feel like I was being stalked. He was informative, and explained things well. Store was clean, massage chairs were phenomenal, and the rest of the staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Overall very happy with our decision, and can’t wait to get our new couch.

Conor was our salesman and was so knowledgeable about everything. We just picked out some reduced priced quilts this time but will definitely come back to see him. He’s an asset. Keep him around!

Recently got furniture for new house and delivery was quick! They were professional and put everything together in good timing. Will definitely buy from them again in the future. 🙂

With Thanksgiving two days away, we were in need of a new couch. We went to the store, knowing it would be unlikely that we would be able to find a couch in stock. We met with Chris Bennett and he immediately went to work for us to ensure that we would have a couch for the holidays. If you are in the market for furniture, I highly recommend you go visit him at his customer service was second tonight.

Furniture Row’s Customer service and selection was absolutely astounding! Patrick, the sales associate who helped me was quite cordial. He was never high pressured, which made my experience with Furniture Row exemplary! Patrick’s knowledge of the store’s products was phenomenal and he had a great deal of patience, since the selection is so vast and my indecisiveness.
. Financing was incredibly easy, fast and affordable and was approved in seconds .The store credit card is very convenient at 50 months 0% APR on a minimum order of a $2,000 purchase, making payments affordable for premium furniture.
The quality of the fabric and overall construction of the frame, in my opinion is the best in the market. . Undoubtedly ,it was a bit more expensive compared to some of the other furniture stores, but I’ve always been a firm believer, you get what you pay for. I would rather spend a little extra money to have peace of mind that my purchase will stand the test of time, plus is warranted for five years.
Thank you Furniture Row, and my sales associate Patrick, for your patience, hospitality, and going the extra mile to satisfy your customers! My daughter and I love the sectional we ordered. It matches the walls and hardwood floor in our great room and is a beautiful addition to my recently purchased home! Chris helped us and he was amazing. He did a great job steering us in the right direction and we will be working with him for future needs.

Kaylee was fantastic. She helped us pick some great pieces for our living room for much less than we would have paid at other stores. The rest of the staff that we didn’t have much contact with were also very nice.

I would rather review after I receive my merch so this review is of my sales person and the store...My sales person was so nice and helpful answered all my questions and the night before there was no plug in chair I wanted so when went out today and told this sales person she was on top of it and made sure I could try the actual recliner I wanted to purchase instead of just trying the matching couch recliner...she did awesome job answering questions and concerns we had.

The young man was very helpful and took time to help me I am 70 yrs old and he was friendly and I did purchase wht I went in for couch chair end tables head board and kitchen table I would recommend the store

I liked that Chris answered our question , then left us alone telling us to let him know if we make a decision. Very nice no pressure and very professional! A great experience.

Highly recommend furniture row! I went in to buy a bed and it was the easiest and most stress free furniture shopping experience I have had. All of the staff was so calm and patient with our questions. We worked with Conor to pick out a bed and he was exceptionally helpful, making it a great experience!
