Cleanings are the most thorough I've ever had, and the hygienist has taught me so much about how to take better care of my teeth. I've always had anxiety about dental work, especially fillings and I can say this is by far the most gentle and kind dentist I've ever met. I couldn't believe how quick and painless the filling was. Also, they do not pressure me to get work done that I do not need yet, which is what I've experienced at every other dental office.

Wonderful staff and service as always. Have been coming back for 18 years. If fact, we drive 1 hour each way to see Dr. Kumar and her team. Well worth it.

Dr. Kumar was absolutely fantastic! She's always so personable and makes what can be a nerve wrecking experience pleasant. Shelly the assistant was so great as well. The work done was quality and beyond my expectations. I've gone from never having cavities to having a lot of work done and Dr. Kumar has been my first choice for all of it and I wouldn't have it any other way. Not to forget Rita, the receptionist who is always so warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The Oaks Dental is number one in my books!

My whole family goes here, and we are all very happy with the whole office! Dr. Kumar, the hygienist, assistant, and front desk are all great with my daughter. We had one issue/miscommunication regarding bills, but it was taken care of respectfully. I do not hesitate to recommend The Oaks Dental Center!

Always a great experience no matter what work needs to be done! I've never had anything sprung on me, no surprises like needing to pull this or that, etc. Dr. Kumar is so gentle I can barely feel her working in my mouth! Even my 10 year old twins don't mind coming here! Everyone is friendly and Rita is so helpful, she gives it that personal touch!

The process to accommodate an emergency Wisdom Tooth extraction was quick and seamless. The office setup was well laid out and the staff was extremely comforting and professional. I can't say enough about the whole entire process. I would recommend this office in Crystal Lake above all.
