I had an amazing experience with Alex and his crew. They kept me informed of what was going on and when. Alex probably was conservative with his estimate of what my house could have sold for but I was insistent I wanted to ask for more. He agreed (since I was the client) and we reached my goal I felt like they people behind Alex held my hand figuratively along the way. The process really was very short but became longer because of a financing issue on the part of the buyer.
