I love the business model here! All the staff are always very friendly and professional. The only place you can trade in your kid's old clothes and get money back, then buy the coming season's clothes for $38. Love this place, and I highly recommend joining. 👌

This place has great deals for kids clothes. I bought about 15-20 clothing items for $60. The staff was friendly.

Favorite location and sweet workers the 2 times I have stopped by. I drove 1hr 23mins to this location and I drove back again. It's my favorite location compared to the others I have been. It's a huge selection! The clothes and etc are nice. I have twins and the deals are wonderful 😊

I have been both buying and selling here for a couple of years now. I’ve always been treated with kindness and have gotten some great items here. I’ve decided to leave a google review because Jonathan (I apologize if spelled incorrectly) really deserves some praise. Every time I have been in the store when he was working he has had the most pleasant infectious spirit. Today, in particular, he helped me when ringing up my items. He noticed I was missing a piece of a set and got the matching piece from a bin behind the counter. I truly hope he is rewarded in some way for consistently going above and beyond.

They have some of the best selections in all sizes. Good prices. And I love hitting the clearance events.

We decided to try to sell our clothes here and were very pleased with our experience. The ladies were helpful in explaining what items could be accepted and which ones could not be accepted. It helps us to know in the future so that we do not waste our time or theirs. I really appreciate how fast they are considering how many boxes and bags of clothing that are given to them everyday to go through (we have been back a few times since our first visit). I was looking at all they had to go through one day and it looked overwhelming, the entire area behind the register was filled with bags, overflowing boxes and plastic totes from customers who wanted to have their clothes looked at in hopes of being purchased ( I would cry if I had to clean out a home with all those clothes and continually be interrupted because of other needs that have to be taken care of and it happen every day of the week). I would also like to mention the responsibility they have to take care of ringing up customers, putting clothing into the system, tagging the clothes, hanging up the clothes, texting people when their clothes are ready and hoping there are no glitches in the software, answering the phones, cleaning up the toys that the parents let their children play with while they shop, listen to the screaming children, dodge the children that run around the store, picking up clothes off the floor that children or parents knocked off the rack and whatever else happens throughout the day. I think they are doing a great job considering all that is required to make an establishment like this operate as smoothly as possible. Since it's retail there is usually allot of employee turn-around, which means that operations are halted to some degree for training of new employees. I remember my own jobs in retail and so from what I have seen I think these ladies are doing a great job and I say, “Well Done”.

6 complete outfits for a boy and 5 complete outfits plus a swimsuit for a girl, two kiddie Adirondack chairs plus a pair of sneakers and a bookbag.... all for $120 including tax. WinWin! You can do that anywhere else!

I was amazed at how organized the store was, and how clean the items are especially since they are second hand. I will definitely shop here again. The employees were exceptionally nice and helpful. I'm happy to have found a place that I can shop for my granddaughter, but I wish I had known about these types of stores and that they had existed when I raised my kids.

Wow!!! This was my first time in this place and I was completely unsure about what kind of quality items they carried. I am a first time mom looking for quality with a frugal cost mindset. My initial reaction was whoa they have a TON of stuff. I was greeted immediately and felt very welcome. I started my shopping and found many organic items for 1.50 and many brand new looking items for 1.50-2.50 some clearance items. I also found several full 2-3 piece outfits for 5.50 and under. I will say some of these pieces can range from 5.50-12.00 depending on brands. Please throughly check through each piece as I found several pieces stained, but you have to look hard. I was also able to find BPA free wooden teething rings, boppy covers and super cute headbands.

One employee that stood out to me was Johnathon. He was busy greeting customers, organizing and just had a great overall attitude. The whole staff was friendly. I highly recommend going and checking this place out. I will be back for more purchases and reselling as my little girl grows.

Love that they carry Boutique items in the front of the store. I'm not crazy that the clothes are so packed it's difficult sometimes to sort but I go a couple times a month and always find very nice item's. And I have to mention how lovely the store smells. Not like some of the other shops that smell like boxed up garage items and mother balls. Thank you Once Upon A Child for giving Newnan this great shop.

This location is the BEST location I have ever been to. I was in the store on yesterday and the young ladies went ABOVE AND BEYOND as sale associates. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the store and there was this particular sales associate who asked me did I have any questions and let her know if she could help me. She contacted the manager via email pertaining to a question I posed pertaining to an upcoming sale. My only regret was not getting this young lady's name. She had blonde hair and was extremely helpful! I drove 45 miles to check out this location's inventory, as I live less than 5 miles from another location. I will definitely be frequenting this store at least once a season. I spent over $100 on toys and clothes yesterday and I am glad I did. I was going to wait until Saturday to save money during their 70% off clearance sale tomorrow but because of the hospitality I chose to stay and shop. There was also a young lady with blonde hair in a prixy cut that was extremely helpful and friendly. Their inventory was awesome, as well! Plus, the store was clean and smelled wonderful. Sadly, some of the Once Upon a Child stores smell stuffy. As I left three different ladies thanked me for shopping there and/or wished me a good day. This is DEFINITELY my new favorite location! Absolutely recommend to anyone!! Best customer service experience I've encountered in a long time! Jessica is the best!! Very helpful and knowledgeable! I came in for onesies for my newborn newborn and don't know much and when I left she made me feel like a pro!

I have been going here for about 2years they have clothes that still Look good , and it has been my pleasure to get my daughter birthday outfit there. I ask God to allow me to find it and thank you Jesus i do plus this year i found my 8 year old a tuxedo with two vest two ties and a shirt for $20 can't beat God giving. So I recommend shopping here for All Occasions.

I have my first grandchild due in December and I have been pleasantly surprised of the items such as gently used clothes, baby play chairs and other items. I will be a regular customer. Also friendly sales associates.

I shop here and next door (Plato's closet) often. Staff is always friendly , and prices are great. Just wish i could find more things for my boys, and the clothes weren't so packed.
