Our family has been going here for quite a while, the staff, nurses are so great and welcoming. My Dr. Is awesome! He takes time to listen and try to help. Also when Dr Calimag is on call we get a call back within 5 - 10 mins. Their office is very clean and everyone I've had the pleasure of meeting goes above and beyond to do their best to accommodate their patients.

Megan Silugoy is awesome. Takes her time when wife and I are there for an appointment. Doesnt rush in and out in under 3 minutes moving on to next paycheck. Genuinely cares.

Dr. Niemeyer is certainly the best doctor in New Lenox. They’re a pretty busy office so make sure to make your appointments in advance.

My primary is there and he is very thorough and attentive. If you're in much pain, they will try to have someone see you. Been with this group for many years.

Dr Calimag is awesome and his nurse, Jackie is, too. Caring and professional.

Megan is wonderful but I have been calling for a few weeks. I have left at least five messages and never hear back. I hate to change doctors because she is great but if you can’t get appointment you have to change

Had a great first visit besides dealing with the physician assistant. If I go back it won't be to see her.

Dr,. Calimag is a wonderful doctor and has good bedside matter. Since , Silver Cross take over it is horrible.You have wait 3 months for an appointment and then it’s cancelled so you have to wait another 2 months for appointment with Dr. Calimag.

Love the doctors if/when I can ever get in to see them. I've been trying to contact the office, regarding a sinus infection that didn't go away with the antibiotics that I was given in October, since the middle of December--only to have to leave a message on voice mail (during business hours) and NEVER hear back with a date/time that I can come in and be seen by a doctor and be given the appropriate medicine for whatever has been ailing me since October.

The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. Constantly putting me in hold and not waiting for me to say anything. My husband is sick and can’t see the Dr for a week?? He’s sick now and needs help. I work in an office and her behavior is unacceptable. We will be changing offices. I will not be treated like that.

Will never go here again. Especially when I have been sick over a week and they will not take me without going somewhere else and getting a covid test. Quick care and a new doctor for me. A doctor who won't take sick patients.

Very poor service here especially the receptionists. Where do I start they don’t return phone calls they are very rude. They don’t get back with test results. Do they even have a soul? Will not refill prescription when you need medicine right away without seeing the doctor again and there is a long wait to see the doctor. I guess they would rather see you dead from not getting the proper medicine. At least if that happens Il be in heaven and most of the people working here won’t be here. So I got that at least.

I'm looking for a new doctor right now. The receptionist does not come across with a great attitude. When you work in healthcare, its crucial to be visibly content with people and your job. I would know. I have not gotten any good impressions from the majority of the front desk staff. The main reason that I will not be returning, however, is Alisha Davidson (P.A.)! She rubbed me the wrong way with her disconcerting attitude and rushed mannerisms. I feel like she treated my thyroid disease like a total joke, and same with my nutritional panel request. C'mon, girl, it's not just about the paycheck. Smile. Treat others like you care. Actually care. Most of these negative reviews are pointing toward you (ny name). That's saying something!

I am never returning due to Alisha Davison. She seemed to want me in and out and did not care about any concerns I had for my health and was rude towards me. My wellness exam consisted of my blood pressure, heart rate, and breathing- all of which I already knew. My visit achieved nothing and I left angry and frustrated. I wasted my time and money here.

My wife called to see if she could get in to see her doctor. Was told they would check and.call her back. Call was not returned so I called the next day to see what was going on o ly to be told her appt. Was for today but nobody bothered to inform us. Doctors are great here. UT staff is horrible.they have a don't care attitude

It's one thing for you to go in and get a prescription for something and have them say "your insurance company needs a Prior Authorization from your Doctors Office. It's another thing if you call that doctors office, tell them that you need a P.A., leave them messages, and it's been over a week and a half and they STILL haven't gotten to sending that P.A. over to your insurance to get you the medication that you need to help you get through your day. Shame on you Lincoln-Way Medical Associates. You told me that this would be ready within a few days and as stated it's been over a week. Once I have that prescription I'll be taking my medical needs somewhere else. You simply don't care about the well being of your patience and don't care unless there is money involved. Shame on you.
