Highly Recommend. Gary at Lapeer has treated me with knowledge and grace for over 8 years now. I am one of those nitpicky 1,000 questions type of customer that wants exactly what I want. He has never bat an eye and gone out of his way to take care of my needs. That is why I still have my original line as well as recently brought my own phone as my second after being treated like garbage by AT&T and literally robbed and lied to by Verizon (both Lapeer stores, take your money and tell you to go kick rocks for anything else). Corporate would have to make some pretty crazy changes that Gary couldn't skip around for me to ever consider another carrier. Most carriers don't even get signal at all where I live either, and my service is just fine on both phones. Hotspot works as it should as well, even out in the sticks. My monthly total is much less than any other carriers could offer, and I have never had any contract either. Seriously, an all around solid service.

I was with boost for a long time service was never that great but I could deal with it. Switching to cricket has been awesome for me the service is great but, what was even better is the stores manager Gary. Gary was not only incredible helpful and friendly but he was also vary understanding as I was fighting with boost mobile on the phone. Thank you Gary phones working great.
Side note thier max plan comes with HBO max free and a year at sam's club. Completely worth it. If your a boost customer in the Lapeer area give them a shot call the store ask for Gary you won't regret it.

We went into the store yesterday to add two lines to my husband's plan. The store was busy! Gary Boudagh was the only one working. He was very patient with everyone. When it got to our turn, he was very helpful and thorough when explaining the phones and the new plan. I am very pleased with his customer service.

Gary is the Best! Always comes thru and easy to talk for an hour afterwards. The store always smells great, super clean, and nice atmosphere.

Yes can’t say enough good about my experience with Nicole in your store yesterday. She was very helpful and patient with my agony over which phone I wanted. She certainly knew her stuff, too.
After having a really negative experience at the Caro location, I was so relieved to encounter someone who was really genuinely wanting to help me get set up with what I needed. Nicole is a keeper, and I will be recommending her and your store to anyone needing a phone and plan.
