I am surprised with all these negative reviews, I really think the representatives went out of their way to help me. The phone also was answered right away. The issue was resolved very quickly.

My work vehicle broke down in their parking lot. I see they are high priced, but I wanted to mention the strange woman staggering around the parking lot for an hour. If you squint, it could be a nice old lady getting exercise on lunch. If you peer closer, it would seem as though there is a scary destitute and homeless woman prowling for victims.

The county had a nice system where you could research records online at no cost. That option has now been eliminated and they require you to use a third party vendor to view real estate records. Typical fee is $7 to $15 for a single document. Other option is to pay for a subscription service to the county at a minimum cost $75 per month up to $400 a month. Doesn't seem the county government is working for the people. geez

It took two people to explain corrections needed to a document and another person in the desk behind them rolled their eyes every time I asked a question... overstaffed

Cannot offer over the phone assistance for simple requests.
They suggest Google.

it is inconceivable that they charge will county residents and property owners to search their online records.

They are snotty and unwilling to help.
