Comfort Inn & Suites Woods Cross - Salt Lake City North

I am the GM of a trucking company Wave Transport Our company stays at this hotel monthly and sometimes weekly. Being a GM I am extremely busy, and the Comfort Inn & Suites in Woods Cross makes my work life so easy, as their staff knows our company and I give driver names and I go about my day. I can say we stay at several other hotels and it's not as pleasant as Woods Cross. Thank you Staff for your help in my daily needs.....

I had a great stay at this hotel recently. I stayed in a king suite and the room was a great size. The bed was comfy, however the pillows were pretty lumpy and flat. They could do to be replaced. I enjoyed the free hotel breakfast and was pleasantly surprised that it even featured fruit. The hotel was overall really clean and didn't smell bad. However, my room had some stains and scuffs on the walls. Not a bad stay though.

Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Washed clothes and soaked in the pool. Quiet even though close to freeway. Great service. Rooms are clean and very large. Loved my stay and great price.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. In a quiet location but right behind a shopping center. Year round indoor pool and hot tub.

This hotel is amazing! We stayed a night, the next morning we found out we had a flat tire. We were scrambling finding how to fix it. We have a 4 year old and a 2 month old, we checked out and walked to a near by McDonald's for the play place. A little bit after we called the hotel and told them our situation, asked if we could use the pool. They said "of course" with no hesitation. We were able to chill at the hotel while our car was getting fixed. They were very accompanying and super easy to work with.
The breakfast is way better than some small hotels i have stayed at.
The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable.
And the location is great with many food options within walking distance, also a grocery store next door.
Overall this hotel is great and wonderful service!

Very nice rooms. Very nice staff.. even my lil dog was pleased with the room. He never rolls around on the floor at other places. I will be staying more often. There are plenty of food options in walking distance. Including a grocery store. Only thing was hot water doesn't get very hot, but it was just fine.. beds were comfortable. Blankets were excellent. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room.. all around an excellent stay..

Been here a month while working a local contract. Best hotel I've stayed at all year. Clean room, hallways and lobby. Great bed and pillows. Great housekeeping and front desk staff.

Nice clean space. Friendly staff. Next to a supermarket which is nice. Plenty of parking. We'll stay again next time in Salt lake. Thank you

This is our second time staying here and it has both times exceeded expectations. Staff has been very helpful, rooms are nice,the whole place is clean, breakfast is good, pool and hottub are great. Amazing location close to everything you need, including only a 10 minute drive from Lagoon, which is what we will be using it for more in the future. Love this place and will be coming back for many years to come!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. At the end of our trip we had lost a set of our keys and the staff was more than accommodating and willing to help find them. The rooms were older but well kept, linens were clean and there were plenty of towels and toilet paper. The Continental breakfast was lacking but it was to be expected as it's a smaller hotel but the food was decent.

Nice and clean room, easy to check in. Didn’t worry about my car in the parking lot over night. Gorgeous views. Beds were comfy, nice pillows and linens. Breakfast had a lot of options, not many “healthy” options but good quick eats.

Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice, peaceful, quiet, clean, relatively comfortable mattress. Decent pillows. My only downside that I found was whatever TV service. They're running plays as much commercials as it does TV and there's no HBO and being that I'm addicted to the last of us at the moment it kind of sucked. But all that aside, I don't mind the place and I feel like what you get for your money makes it quite a good deal

Enjoyed our stay here! Especially the lady at the front desk, Dawn. She was fantastic! So friendly and very helpful!

The room was clean, the breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices and the parking was ample. I would have liked a room on a lower floor, but the motel was sold out. I love that there is an indoor pool. I didn't use it, but there were people in there. Pretty cool! I would stay there again.

We have stayed here multiple times & have really enjoyed our stay every visit. Nice staff, Nice pool, Nice rooms & Nice prices! *Update* I am not sure if this particular Woods Cross, Utah location is under new ownership or management but we definitely had a different experience during our April 23rd 2022 visit. From the initial front desk experience to the room cleanliness to the continental breakfast... Just doesn't seem like the same great place.

on a cross country trip with my friend & his doggo. this place was awesome and was super easy to find. had a well lit area in the back where we could park the truck/trailer. called around 6pm to make a same day reservation & they were able to accommodate us with no hassle. if I was to come back, I would stay here again definitely.

Comfy bed, super clean rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Nice TV and cable. Hot breakfast but expect the same thing every morning if you'll be staying longer than a night.

Super clean, good price, nice family stay over, the breakfast is actually a breakfast with pancakes waffles cereal oatmeal omelets biscuits gravy English muffins. Indoor pool cleaning usable with a spa. will be our new go

I stayed one night here with my two young children. I was VERY impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The best was the most comfortable that I have ever slept on! It was so comfortable, I asked for the name of the mattress so I could buy one for home. I loved that they provided two sets of pillows on each bed: one firm and one soft. The following morning, the hotel manager saw that I was getting breakfast for myself and my children and took over making our breakfast for us and served my sons as if they were her own.

Customer Service was top notch. My only disappointment was that when I tried to extend my stay, they were fully booked. I did not want to leave! I will DEFINITELY stay here again. The price was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The price was great and the room superb! The staff was friendly and prompt. Super comfy bed, quiet night, and the hot tub was wonderful. We were really pleased with the spread they served for breakfast, too -- definitely not your average cornflakes-and-OJ hotel! Hot eggs and sausage, waffles, and plenty more. Great hotel!
