Brian was really knowledgeable and even though they didn’t have what I wanted on the lot, he hopped onto his computer and quickly found cars with the specifications I wanted, He was patient with me as I looked through and helped me find upgrades or packages I wanted and kept my budget in mind. It was a great price and they were excellent to work with. So I bought my car there, but I wanted to check out the service side too, and after talking to the Service Manager, I feel 100% confident bringing it there. I really liked this place. They are the real deal.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My daughter and wife met with Cristi and test drove the car earlier in the week. There was never any pressure. We negotiated everything via email and phone. I walked into the dealer at 4:30 pm. Brian the business manager had everything printed out and ready for us to sign. We drove home at 5:00 pm. Amazing! Great people!

I purchased a 2021 Durango at Sunnyside about 6 weeks and it was the BEST experience I have ever had. I was treated like a knowledgeable adult instead of a woman only interested in the cup-holders. We were given a fair and honest price that nobody else could even come close to. Everyone, but especially my sales associate Nick, were wonderful. The financing process was smooth. I would recommend this dealership. I went like three months ago because I saw a jeep renegade on their site it was not just yet at the dealership. Mike kept in contact with me the entire time till they got the Jeep. Mike and the Sunnyside team made the purchase process go smooth. Bought a Ram 1500 from Cristi today after visiting a few days prior. Both times Cristi was friendly and helpful. She willingly answered questions and showed us features but gave us space and didn’t pressure us like others we had met during the car buying process. The manager was great, as was the finance person. All in all, a very positive and stress free car buying experience.

Every person at Sunnyside Chrysler Dodge Jeep is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It's the only dealership that I feel completely comfortable at. Meaning, you don't get bombarded or pressured. They are truly great people from start to finish. To no fault of their own, this time around buying a new car was a challenge and they kept us updated on the build. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking! I really can't say enough about how wonderful they are. They even called me after bringing my new vehicle home to see if I had any questions and to let me know to not hesitate if I do down the line. First time buying a new car and I have to say the buying experience was very pleasant! Everyone at Sunnyside makes you feel like its a family business rather than a corporate dealership you would typically find. I had the pleasure of workng with Michael, whose a salesman at Sunnyside, he's very kind and professional. He had the car I was looking at all setup and was showing me all the features it had to offer in person. There is a very warm atmposphere at Sunnyside and I would definitely recommend anyone whose interested in buying a car from a dealership to give Sunnyside a shot.

After being turned away by 3 other Jeep dealerships on an approved warranty claim for rust corrosion on my 3 year old Jeep, Sunnyside stepped up and helped me. 3 other Jeep dealerships flat out told me they wouldn't take on the claim/work. 1 said "they didn't have a body shop" ... for EIGHTEEN MONTHS. Another told me to come back next year and they'd see if they could do it and 1 just flat out said they wouldn't do it (despite already having a claim approved from Jeep). John (Service Manager) was wonderful to work with. Helped me understand why these other dealerships weren't helping me but said that's not fair to me and he took great care of me. Had 4 doors and my hood repainted and it looks great! I live over an hour away and I'll be coming to Sunnyside for all my future purchases.
