Very kind staff. Not sure why there’s only 1 star very helpful but a little complicated

I've been with Huntington Bank over a year now. I want to warn others that;
They do not answer their phones and have a recording stating a Network problem.
My account was compromised so they closed that account and said they would overnight another card to me in 2 days. They didn't do that and charged me a $25.00 fee.
I could.not access my own money for 10 days.
Would not accept new passwords I was told to redo repeatedly. Come into the branch because they didn't and don't answer phones.
(This is mainly what they say. Come into the branch. No ATM in the area, so I'm charged a fee to get my money, not fair.
I had to call them 15 times or more.) Reset password so much I hardly know what it is anymore.
I need my money as much as any person. Was told keep trying to call or come in 40 miles away?! How is that fair to me. I should drive there because they don't answer phones?
This bank continues to plaque me with these ongoing nightmares. People who finally do answer Don't speak English, which is NO help. They bought out my bank TCF and we had no choice at the time. Avoid this bank at all cost and save yourself the aggravation and having your money locked away for many days. This is so disheartening I am 75 yrs old. Looking for another bank currently.

The teller Kim is nothing short of rude and condescending. She refused to help me fill out paperwork that needed to be filled out by a banker and I was told to have it filled out at the bank. When I told her that information, her words were “he doesn’t work in the bank”. She needs intensive training.

Service got even worse after the buyout. Waited in line at the window for 10 minutes because the ATM was down. Pneumatic lanes were closed. Deposits don't even show up the same day anymore. Trash bank, can't wait to take my money elsewhere.

TCF was better. ATM has been out of cash for days.
