So unfair to say Dr. Joseph doesn’t listen. I started going to her in 2019. Yes, she listened to me and took action immediately. I would say she saved my life! Wish I would have wrote this review earlier. Janeen

Haven't had s bad experience yet! We feel Dr. Joseph generally listens to our concerns about our children, and is always very thorough when examining our children. Very thankful pediatricians such as her exist!

These reviews are unfair . When I started Dr Joseph 2022 she was very supportive and listened to my concerns.She has been thorough when I see her and addresses my concerns.

Dr Joseph listens to my health concerns in a very caring nonjudgmental manner. My health issues have alway been addressed. I’d recommend her to anyone

Did not care for her attitude. She she came across as though she knew more than any other doctor and didn't seem to take my health issues seriously. I would not go back to her.

Dr. Joseph is not a doctor who will listen to
your needs in fact she won’t even address what you see her for. Instead she will twist what you say and walk you right into a misdiagnosis and if you disagree she will not listen. She speaks in a very condescending way and does not thoroughly look into medical history or concerns at all which is frightening! When I brought this up to her she told me she knew this was a lot for me to take In and her medical degree basically meant she was right and I was dismissed regardless of my concerns. this was only my second appointment ever seeing her. It's terrifying to
think she is a family doctor and treating
children. I am beyond sick over the care I received by Dr. Joseph and I encourage anyone looking for a doctor to thoroughly research your care provider before seeing them. After reading her reviews it seems to be very common. I do not recommend at all.

If you need a terrible doctor to destroy your family, then this doctor is your choice. My baby was born with metabolic bone disease; when fractures were accidentally discovered in X-rays, this doctor supported the idea that it is non-accidental trauma which means child abuse. She refused to refer my baby to see any specialist including orthopedic pediatrician; she said she searched some articles online and believed it is not an accidental trauma. She and her nurse practitioner Ashley Getz treated our family terribly since then. Ashley Getz even put wrong information in my baby’s visiting notes just want our family look bad if DCFS read the notes.

If you’re looking for a doctor that doesn’t listen to your concerns, Dr. Joseph is your gal. I’ve seen her twice and both of my legitimate concerns were dismissed and I left both appointments needing to seek further help from other professionals.

Staff is rude and condescending. There are much better doctors and peds in the area.
