What a wonderful experience! The office is state of the art, clean and easy to get to. Shelley and Jill were terrific! They were so welcoming, kind and courteous. Jill took the time to explain the hearing aid process and listened to my questions and concerns. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and empathetic. 5 star all around!

Jill the audiologist was amazing!! She is very relaxed and makes you feel at home. She also helped me realize so many options with my hearing aids I didn't realize I could do. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need a hearing test or hearing aids cleaned or checked!

Jill and the staff at Cadillac are amazing! Jill made experience that couldn't be worse until an amazing experience. I have hated my hearing aids for a long time and didn't even wear them a lot. In about an hour's time Jill took all those poor experiences I previously had with staff and made it an amazing product for me. I can't say enough about the time she took to explain things and to finally set things up properly so that they worked the way they should. Jill and the crew are just amazing caring people. How lucky I was to finally return their phone call after several years of refusing.

I have been happy with the service at Hearing Life in Cadillac. The down side is the closest office is over 60 miles from my home.

The ladies that work here in Cadillac are so kind. I recommend that you get your hearing tested even if you think you don't have a problem, it doesn't hurt. I knew I had some hearing problems but didn't think it was bad enough to say something. The hearing test was free, so I did it. My insurance is covering the hearing aids and I just might be able to get rid of that nagging headache I've had for years. I didn't realize that hearing loss could cause a headache! It remains to be seen though and I will post again to let everybody know. Don't wait for me though go get your hearing tested it could quite possibly be the best thing you've ever done for you!

I have had my hearing aids a little over 2 years and have had very little trouble. The staff has been real friendly and have me come back every 3 to 6 months to find out if all is going OK and make any adjustmentst to my aids at no charge.

Completely professional and courteous. Never spoke “above my head”. Treated with kindness and respect.

This place is great! Great people, great services, and great hearing aides. They check in periodically to make sure you are not having any issues and always call you for a a follow up visit instead of the other way around.

I had a really good and helpful experience selecting hearing aids, personal was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to them I will return for my follow-up and order my new hearing aids.

They were great. I had no appointment but I stopped anyhow. I had a click dome stuck in my ear, she took time and removed it and gave me a package of new click domes. I really appreciate her taking the time to help me

Awesome Place to get Best Hearing Aids Ever !!!!!

Had a great experience at Hearing Life in Cadillac. Tammy spent alot of time answering all of my questions and performing the many tests but it was time we’ll spent. Once she got them dialed in the difference was incredible. Since being fitted with the new Oticon’s I’ve been to two family get togethers and what a pleasure it was to be able to hear what was being said and to be able to participate in the conversations. I highly recommend Hearing Life and Tammy to everyone who is considering hearing aids , you won’t be sorry.
