It is so nice in this day and age, finding a company like Koeze that rises to this kind of service. We are first time customers, and now continuing customers. Ordered online and the canister with mix mats it arrived broken. I notified him that evening via email the next morning I woke to an email that a replacement was on the way. Rosa and Dawn are amazing!

I always love stopping by the store and checking out the selection. My husband loves the ability to get a cup of Schuil coffee. I hope the dark chocolate selection is just seasonably low 🤞🏼

I called to ask about replacing my daily coffee with this place instead of that which shall not be named. I ensured that this business does not support genocide and after their manager assured me they did not support genocide I let them know that I look forward to seeing them for my morning coffee!!!!

The sales-ladies at the East Beltline Koeze location are all so helpful and polite. Sara brought my "Curbside Pick-Up" order to my van, this morning. She couldn't have been nicer!

If you're looking for amazing chocolates and/or other great treats, look no further! The employee's are super friendly and the shop is clean and nicely organized. Bought a bag of seafoam as a gift and they wrap it and bag it for free!

I was there on 10/6/17 to buy a little chocolate for my neighbor. Jan, the clerk, must have read my mind because (without me asking)she packaged the chocolate beautifully. My neighbor was thrilled with the gift. He agrees the chocolate is the best in the city but the way it was wrapped made it look extra special. This is my clumsy way of saying "thank you" to Jan.

I had a great experience at Koeze! The staff was so friendly and helpful, plus they gift wrapped my purchase beautifully (for free!) Everything I've tried from this store is delicious. I would definitely recommend it for gift giving or just as a treat!

I've never been to Koeze's, so I know nothing about their customer service (I live in the Chicago area). But, I noticed a jar of Koeze's peanut butter at the South Loop Wholefoods, noticed it was from Grand Rapids, and tried it about five years ago. Peanut butter is my diet staple, and I've tried many brands over the decades. Koeze's (both crunchy and smooth) is by far the best I've had. Only a couple of stores carry it in Cook County as far as I know, so it's precious! I buy several jars at a time, because occasionally they're of stock. My sister, who lives in Grand Rapids, sends
other Koeze products for Christmas, and the quality is equal to the peanut butter. From my experience, there's no other variety of peanut products that compares!!
