It’s always a pleasure going to Hickory Creek. The staff is always friendly, kind and courteous. The atmosphere and decor of the office is always delightful. I have been going to this dentist for many years and I can’t say enough about his excellent bedside manner, care and concern for you well being, I almost forget I’m at the dentist office.

The staff and Dentist there were very welcoming and explained everything in detail. They made me feel comfortable and like I had been a patient there for years even though it was my first visit there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I always receive excellent care every time I come here. Thorough and compassionate cleanings. Dr Gierman has been my dentist for over 30 years and takes care of my whole family. I trust him 100%! He's a great dentist and a great guy!

Can’t say enough great things about this Dental office. The staff is very warm and inviting. They are very accommodating with appointments whether you need to get in quickly, or reschedule. I’m also so happy I found Dr. Gierman again. He was my dentist as a kid, and into young adulthood. He’s the best. Very thorough, professional, and caring. They also get you in and out in a timely manner.

Appointments are always on time. Dr. Gierman and his staff are consistently focused on patient comfort. I appreciate they try to problem solve before you have a dental crisis. My previous dentist would wait until my tooth broke before addressing my pain, so I do appreciate the proactive approach. When I have had an emergency (nearly swallowed a temporary crown) they were able to get me in that day to reinstall it for me!

Lisa, my hygienist was completely professional yet friendly. Dr. Gierman explained everything to me so that I understood. Icing on the cake was no waiting to get into the patient room.

I love going to Hickory Creek dental. They are right on time. No waiting. Everyone is so nice and friendly I love the decor for ever holiday with the tree as the main event. My favorite was Halloween and can't forget they are always thinking of others right now there is a shopping cart to donate for the less fortunate glad I started going there can't find a better dentist and assistants along with office personnel

Great dentist! Up front with pricing, and the pricing is very fair and reasonable. They don't make up unnecessary procedures to charge you more $, they are legit and very good. Very good with kids and very gentle and thorough. Very good hygienists and the office staff is also great. They had one lady that was kind of rude in the past, but she is no longer there and now they are all top notch, so if you left bc of that one lady (I almost did) go back, she's gone! They have a great staff now all the way around. It's a very nice office, and it's very clean and organized/updated equipment. I will not go anywhere else as long as Dr Gierman is there. He's trully caring and so are the hygienists.

First time visit. Lisa and doc was SO thorough and so gentle, they walked me through ever step that they were doing and the whole office was very welcoming. If you’re a person who is not a big fan of dentist, give Hickory Creek a try- you’ll love them!

I’ve been going to Hickory Creek for years. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They always make you feel welcome and explain dental procedures throughly. I ended up moving over 40 min away from the office, and still go to this office. I trust them to lead me to having a lifelong healthy mouth! You won’t be disappointed in this office!

Everybody is nice & friendly. Dr Albert Gierman is so caring and has such nice personality he takes the anxiousness & stress right out of you! He does such good work, he is the best dentist I ever had and I’m 65. His staff is so friendly and professional they make things go easy .

I love the dentist here. Dr. Gierman is a really friendly, nice guy who actually remembers you. Dominique was my dental technician this time, and i was so impressed by how she explained things to me.

I had an old crown from a different dentist fall out. Then the tooth underneath it sort of disintegrated. The rest of the tooth obviously needed to be extracted. Dr. Gierman is aware that it takes several shots to numb me up. He always makes sure that I can't feel anything before he starts. I was nervous about this tooth being extracted because it was below the gumline. But he had it out in less than 60 seconds! With zero pain! I am so happy with his work and demeanor! The staff is very helpful and answers all my questions. I will be staying with this practice. Thank you!
