Shout out to the girl working the drive thru today 10/29 around 4pm. So kind and genuine which feels rare for fast food in general these days. Burrito was amazing too! This location has made me a taco bell customer again

My boyfriend and I are giggling about what a good experience we’re having in Taco Bell. The food and service were great, but the reason for 5 stars is because while we’re the only family in here, the manager played the Moana soundtrack for my daughters to enjoy while eating lunch. It’s the little things. Thank you :)

Just placed an order with Uber eats and I messed up one of the items and called the store. Isaac was beyond helpful and understanding! God bless great workers!

On Thursday night around 9:30pm I visited Taco Bell and the manager was SOO NICE and helpful and one dosent usually have that good of service, HE was SOO NICE that I thought he was the owner and glad to help. Then when I got my food I could not believe how good it was, fresh crisp lettuce with ripe tomatoes and nice amount of good seasoned beef and cheese! But it wasn’t just the good food but rather how NICE AND FRIENDLY THE MANAGER WAS TO ME!!

Best Taco Bell around! The people are wondering and make you feel appreciated. Great service and great atmosphere.

Isaac took my order in the driver thru today, was extremely polite and respectful. Seemed like they were busy and he had a lot on his plate but that didn't dampen his smile. He's truly one of the best hard workers there and regardless of what he makes he deservs a raise. My order was perfect. Shout out to Isaac for making my day that much brighter! 🙌 😊

I'm a big fan of Taco Bell so I've been to several, but the people and service at this location is by far the best I've ever experienced. I almost never write a review for anything let alone a fast food restaurant, but the staff here was so pleasant, I just had to!

Taco bell is my go to for fast food. I love the new options the come out with. Especially at this location the staff is very professional for being young.

Not exactly the best one I’ve ever been to, but considering how $hitty the one in Romeoville is, Im more than happy to drive a few minutes to this one. Been here a couple times and the food was very good each time and the people working the drive through [in my experiences] were competent and very friendly/pleasant. I NEED to stop eating fast food for a while, but in the future Id come to this one again.

This taco bell does it right! Whoever is running this makes sure their customers get good product. Lots of TB will just rush food out and you get a poor spread of ingredients but thos location makes sure your food is prepped right. Keep up the good work!

I always go through the drive thru and both James and Tyrell manage to make me laugh or smile every time. My order is always accurate and the food is aesthetically pleasing and delicious. It is good to know there is quality service in fast food. I work right by this location but DO occasionally go out of my way when not near it. My business is spoken for! Thanks Taco Bell

This taco bell is the best in the area. I have a a few taco bells that are closer to me, but I will always drive a little more to go to this one. Tacos are always a good amount of meat. The staff members are great. Always friendly, fast service and with a friendly altitude. 5 star service all the way.
