Dr. Albert is an amazing dentist. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. -- and I have had some crazy major work done in the past year. I recommend Atrium Dental in New Lenox whole heartedly!

Atrium dental is the best ! The front desk girls are always welcoming and friendly. Amanda , my hygienist, is very gentle and sweet . Dr. Albert is the best ! He explains everything , always patient, and does amazing work ! I highly recommend Atrium dental !

I had my first appointment yesterday and I'm so happy I found this practice. I've been searching for a new dentist since mine retired a few years ago. The entire staff was so friendly. Dr. Snow and her assistant, Rachel, were fantastic. They walked me through everything they were doing, took the time to discuss any of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I look forward to going to Atrium Family Dental for all my dental needs from now on.

I’ve always avoided the dentist because of horrible previous experiences as a child and adult but had severe tooth pain. Called atrium family dental. They got me in within an hour!! Had my tooth extracted and bone replacement that day and never felt a thing!!! Dr. Snow is amazing and I will be going to the dentist on a regular basis now

Excellent Service, Great Cleaning, dental staff know what they are doing and are very friendly. Dr. Albert and team were able to answer all my dental questions, decrease tooth sensitivity and corrected my flossing technique.

Originally, there was a mix-up at the front desk regarding billing and whether or not my insurance covered my visit - however the team was able to sort it out. Dr. Albert and team went above and beyond in terms of explaining what created the insurance mix-up. He truly cares about his business and doing everything he can to make patients happy.

I called and they fit me in same day! They went over my treatment plan with me and since I have secondary insurance I was a little confused upon leaving. Not even ten minutes later I get a call from Caroline asking if I had any more questions. She wanted to make sure I understood since I seemed confused when I left! I just thought that was really kind. She didn’t have to, they had already explained it (thoroughly) I was just slow to understand the ins and outs of insurance billing. Very efficient and personable staff! They are an efficient, busy, but friendly place and I’ll go back!

Thank you Dr. Albert and staff for a wonderful experience from start to finish! I knew from the warm welcome at the front desk, this would be our new dental home. I recently began Invisalign and can not believe how quick and painless treatment has been. Dr. Albert is extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions. I was so pleased with my experience, my husband, both sets of our parents, and other extended family now also go to Atrium! Thank you Dr. Albert and staff for taking such great care of my family!

Dr. Shane and his staff are very knowledgeable on the various dental procedures and they take the time to explain them before, during and after performing them. Stephanie is fantastic. In fact, ALL of the staff members I came in contact with left a great impression. They were friendly and accomodating to my busy schedule. The dr. was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. I had 2 horrible experiences with other dentists in the area, and feel like I have found a life long dentist.

Great staff. Best part is using a computer display to show you exactly what is going on with your teeth. Answered all questions and didn't feel rushed to leave. Good job all!!

Dr. Shane and his entire staff (from the front desk to the back area) are amazing. I am a nervous Nellie at the dentist. Recently, I had some serious dental work done at their office. Dr.Shane and Holly took care of me like nobody else could. My procedure went off with a hitch and my smile has never been better! I cannot say enough about them all. I have even sent my daughter there and she has been a client for years. They have been my dentist office since they first opened... I will never leave. I give them 5-stars. Visit them... you won't be disappointed.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love Dr. Shane and his staff. From the moment you walk in, you are comfortable and the office is very inviting. Dr. Shane is the absolute best. He walks you through the procedure and answers all questions thoroughly. I had gum surgery and it was close to painless. I recommend him 110% to anyone, especially those people who fear dentists. Simply awesome!

Dr. Sudman and his staff are excellent. They are both professional and friendly. The office is a very welcoming environment and you are always greeted with a smile. I am a nervous patient but the entire staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They do one hell of a job!

After calling a few local offices that wouldn't be able to see me for days, I found atrium who was able to fit me in that day. I'm glad they did, I have since become a regular customer of theirs. I sincerely appreciate the professional yet warm friendly comfortable atmosphere the entire staff generates. I'm not a dental expert, however it is evident they use the most up to date equipment and practices. Their office appears to be well equipped with technology to make your experience the most comfortable and painless it can be. Their pricing is competitive, the quality of service is great, and their business hours make scheduling around a busy life easy.

I am always greeted by a friendly staff and receive great care from Dr. Shane Sudman and his assistants. He's a great dentist and consistently provides excellent explanations and answers all of my questions. Stephanie, his dental hygienist is amazing, both knowledgeable and with personality plus!
Every year Dr. Shane and his staff team up with the Dentistry from the Heart ❤ organization volunteering their time and talents to provide a day of free dental care to anyone in need.

I was helped by a dental assistant named Bailey and she was an absolute delight! Such a beautiful person inside and out. She answered all of my and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back at this location and ask for her directly! Never been to a dentist in my life and actually felt comfortable. Thanks so much Bailey!
