Dunckley Floor Covering

The owner came and looked at the problem we were having with our carpet in our living room, the carpet is Mohawk with a ten year warranty. He told me that he had never seen this problem. He sent out another guy that finally said the problem was the carpet was payed in two different directions causing the very obvious problem. He said that he would go back and talk to the owner who would do what was needed to make it right, don’t worry that it’s a family owned business. We talked to the owner, and he became aggravated and said there was nothing wrong with the carpet. We looked up the problem on the internet, there was our problem it said the problem is it was installed wrong, the piles were going in opposite directions causing the color difference and line . It also said it would effect the wear of the carpet, we have that problem too. So now we have to go to small claims court, hoping to have the carpet fixed.
