This Wendy’s is always so busy and takes a long time, but I have to say it’s worth a the wait. The food is always hot and delicious!!

We ordered the fish sandwich, which is the best out there. We were told it would be 4 minutes because they are cooked when they're ordered. I like the fact that they tell you and also to be very careful because it will be very hot. True to their word. Staff person is very friendly and always has a smile.

Sorry to make Wendy's the brunt of a industry wise problem, BUT... they are as guilty as anyone else. No one serves a hamburger anymore. You MUST order a cheeseburger without cheese. Forget this detail and you will be getting a cheeseburger, whether you wanted one or not. Plus, when you order a cheeseburger without cheese, they still charge you for the cheese. Very clever...

The inside was VERY clean. All the employees were working together as a team. The food was hot, quick, and inexpensive. I recommend this Wendys highly. Say "Hi" to Kevin (morning/lunch cook).

This Wendy's just south of Gaylord had some super fast service for being so busy. We were there around 1pm. Also, orders placed online by truckers were picked up right away.

Very nice and very clean
We were treated with respect and appreciated it. Even the rest rooms were very clean.

Perfect service. Lines were long though and they pushed them through. Great job. Friendly at the order station and friendly at the window. I hope they share this with the team, because they did great even though I'm sure they were stressed with the long lines ❤

City in Michigan

Grayling is a city and the county seat of Crawford County in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is the only incorporated community in Crawford County. The population was 1,884 at the 2010 census. The city is surrounded by Grayling Charter Township, but the two are administered autonomously. The city is located in the middle of the Northern Michigan region at the junctions of Interstate 75, U.S. Route 127, M-72, and M-93.
