I blew up my derailleur in the back country in the midst of a bike tour and Bob literally saved my trip. He put on a new derailleur and got me back on the road in no time! Awesome spot.

Bought our bikes from Northbound in July. Just took them in for our tuneup and Bob "tweeked" them for us. We've ride 100 miles in 4 days and are having a blast. We'll be back to Northbound again for sure. Thanks Bob for a great vacation 😀 👍

This shop is AWESOME! GREAT selection and knowledgeable staff that live the active outdoor lifestyle. Can't recommend enough!

Just made it as they were locking the doors. Looks like a great shop for outdoor fun stuff. I need some assistance with upgrading my kayak seating, will comeback during regular business hours.

I literally just did my first skate ski ever today and went here after on the suggestion of a friend. Was that ever the right call!!

I mostly want to use this review to give a massive shout out to the floor person, Emily. She was incredible and picked up on quickly what I was going to need and that I would grow quickly. I felt like Emily not only understood what I needed on a pretty tough budget to stay under but she took on helping me find everything I needed with a zest that just made me want to go ski and write this google review. Absolutely amazing experience, and A+++++ job to Emily. Oh, and Bob was great too!

Bought two Norco bikes while on vacation camping at Hartwick Pines SP. We've been in many bike shops and Northbound is exceptionally well staffed with a good selection. Best service anywhere! Bob was so knowledgeable and helpful, the other staff was outstanding too. Highly recommend, we'll be back.

Such wonderful people. The man in the bike repair area was exceptional and so knowledgeable, I needed a brake lever, a cable, and a sleeve. He put the whole thing together in 5 minutes. What an awesome place with awesome people.

One of the friendliest and helpful sports stores. They really took the time to answer my beginner questions and went out of their way to provide options and suggestions.

Cool bike shop! Got neat stuff. Love my hoodie n Northern outfitters mug I bought there.

Such a great place! I was shocked at how much awesomeness was in there! We where on our way to Mackinaw Island and I forgot my biking shoes. They where busy but they helped us out right a way with new pedals & let ys borrow the tools to install! We will definitely be back!

I needed a part replaced on my bike so I went there going to replace the part myself, they asked me what my problem was I told them and the they said give me a hour I'll have it fixed. 30 mins later I was out the door with my bike all fixed up. Amazing service and highly recommended, the store also has just about everything you would need for many different outdoor activities.

The nicest people I’ve encountered in retail in a VERY long time! Super helpful and seemed to genuinely love their jobs!

The food here is amazing! The workers are always so nice when you come in. I do suggest calling ahead if you're trying to get food during lunch/dinner time. They get incredibly busy. I recommend to everyone I can.

My wife and I were on the hunt for her first pair of classic Nordic skis. We were greeted immediately by Heather with a great smile and a friendly demeanor. She asked the right questions and in a few fun minutes we were set. The store has a lot of cool stuff to look at, so a few laps around the shop are a necessity to see all they offer. I bought a new pair of boots for my son as well...long story short we returned to the shop again that afternoon and enrolled Willy in the kids ski equipment program that included awesome equipment at a perfect price. Thanks for the hospitality and excellent service. My new favorite store for sure.

I went there today to price check some repairs on a sentimental bicycle from my past which I'm sure has little to no value in any other means.

The staff greeted me warmly, and with a smile. They took the time to listen to my inquire, and responded kindly; even taking time away from a task to attend to my issue.

The prices were very fair, and the service was accomplished with speed and to my complete satisfaction. I truly could not be happier with my experience.

Great outfitter. They have an extensive inventory with unique product that is not found in retail stores anywhere else. The ski department was knowledgeable and helped me out with some tech. The staff was friendly. Be sure to stop here for any outdoor needs.
