This is a great place to get a bite to eat on the way to Mackinac Bridge!

I ordered a medium Big Mac Value Meal, via the self service kiosk. Using the kiosk was very simple and fast. This location has table tents if ordering for here.

The food came out hot and fresh and pretty quick. The Big Mac was tasty and highly recommended. The person who served it was very friendly as well.

The lobby was clean with no signs of overflowing trash. There was a person attending the lobby while I was there.

I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a hot meal with great service!

We took a group of 20 Special Olympic athletes here for lunch. Their staff were SO kind, patient, positive and respectful to all of us. They took the time when we were leaving to say how much they enjoyed us being there and how great our athletes were. We really loved our experience! Thank you!

I usually love this McDonald’s, they make some of the best drinks and they’re fries and food are always hot.. but on my last visit, I placed an online order and couldn’t make it to pick up and no where to cancel order on app so I called store and gentleman told me I had to call 800 for the app to get a refund, well called and waited 4 days for a refund. Finally filed a complaint online with McDonald’s and got a response from April the manager. She has settled everything fairly and has been super helpful.

To the staff working tonight. Thank you for being respectful and understanding of my allergy. You guys rock! Thank you for taking the extra few minutes to go out of your way and clean your machine to be sure I didn't have a reaction. 🥰

I got to talking with Nick and found out he was training for a manager position, he was super friendly and had a great accent too! Felt like southern hospitality when I came inside to order!

We rolled up like ballers at around midnight and ordered over 150 burgers. They took our a request and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. Michael, Onur, Olivia and Cheryl specifically was more than helpful along with the shift manager. They had already cleaned off the grill and still promised to make our order. I could not be happier as a customer. Give these people more money

Upon a dreary and lonesome night, I was without a mighty steel steed and I cam across their window nearly at the midnight hour. Their tools were cleaned and the griddles polished, yet they cooked our burgers without complaints. They did not cook us 1, or 2, or a merely 15 burgers. We requested 150 of their mightiest burgers and they steadfastly prepared them for our haste. Many thanks to the sirs and madamse Michael, Onur, Olivia, Cheryl.

Service was great the crew here was very welcoming and friendly.

The midnight burgers were a sustain! Every other restaurant declined our order. Thanks Olivia, Sheryll, Michael, and Onur! Give them a raise!

We were on a long journey across the USA. I have never reviewed a McDonalds before. The shift manager happened to be checking the outside of the building -- so we chatted with her. She is an awesome human being. She talked about her teen workers and how she learns from them as she guides them through their key time of life. Amazing Woman. Incredible life views.

Hands down best McDonald's I've ever been to the restaurant is beautiful inside and out I've been my fair share of McDonald's out of state down south and out east and nothing beats a the hospitality in northern Michigan even if it's not a mom and pop shop and it's a franchise/big box store it still felt like a small Mom and Pop shop service was outstanding employees were friendly and very helpful investment McDonald's experience to date

Got there at 10:38 am and was told too late for breakfast. Disappointed but ordered lunch and had to wait 20 minutes. If too late for breakfast then lunch menu should be ready and not have to wait 20 minutes

Great food and service!!

This McDonald's in Grayling, MI provides an excellent experience. When we pulled into the driveway I was a little put off by the large number of cars, both parked and drive through. But once inside, I realized why there was so many customers. SATISFACTION. They have a huge staff that churned out the orders hot and quickly and we did not have to wait to order. Food came quickly and was delivered to our table. We did not have to mill around the order counter to pick up the food. This extra service made it a more relaxed experience. Tables, floors and trash housing were all clean. Even the door windows were free of fingerprints. Way to go McDonalds!

My last visit at this local McDonald's, I was very impressed with the customer service. My mobile ordered some ice cream and they were unable to serve it at that time so they went above and beyond to facilitate and helpless get some extra sweets and they were very kind and helpful. Was gonna long time since I have experienced customer service this good.

Got the drive thru iced coffee and filet o fish. One of the best McDonald's experiences. Coffee brewed to perfection and filet o fish patty and bun melted in mouth.

Clean environment, the wall art is very cool and interesting. Lovely staff, seriously incredible people. Thank you guys for all you do

Girls were in the middle of a training session. When we walked in one of them bailed out and helped us. Then they brought our meal to our table. We had just left Elias brothers next door for not being waited on. Good job McDonalds
