I deal mostly with the commercial department, so I can't speak for the front counter. Commercial is on top of it! Better than any parts store in the area. I've tried all the major stores over the years, and they are hands down the best. Fast delivery, competitive pricing, and very helpful/knowledge staff. They are always my first call for parts. Their main warehouse is just over in Naperville, so there usually isn't anything they can't get same day. And if you REALLY need the part, you can drive to the warehouse and pick it up, since they have a store built into it. Highly recommend for all of the local shops and DIY'ers.

I had the best customer service experience today! I bought parts to fix my car the guy who sold me the parts gave me the wrong parts, I didn’t know. I was put on bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy and couldn’t afford to fix it! I today went to get it fixed we figured out all the problems went back to this location they replaced the parts and helped in every way they could! Kept Apologizing and made sure I got what I needed!

The customer service and assistance that this particular staff offers, is one of my favorite automotive stores around. If you know what you need, go there. Make sure to do your research, it's cheap quality, but it works for what it is. Brian is the reason why you guys got five stars from me. Great customer service, keep it up.

I have an 89 Suburban that I am trying to make mobile again by bypassing the air conditioning compressor Jose help me find the exact idler pulley that I need to switch out by taking the time to size it properly. I always appreciate the time these "guys" (girls too)take to help out especially on the Collins St store with it being is busy as it is in the neighborhood

Have a commercial account, good parts fair prices! Parts not always in stock, not wild about have to pay extra for shipping when they don't have any y local,that should be on them! One reason I go elsewhere at times

Always great to come here and get the help I need. The associates are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they have the parts we need for our diesel engines. All the parts we have gotten alway fit too. We had issues before with Autozone giving us wrong parts. Overall, great place to go.
