AT&T Store

My daughter in law and I went to get our new IPhone 15’s and worked with Brianne. She was so knowledgeable and so personable. My boyfriend needed a new phone so we went in a month later so he could get on my account and worked with Brianne again. We got top notch service once again from her. And best yet, we were in and out of there in 30 minutes! Thank you for the amazing service! 5 stars all the way!

I recently switched to AT&T and the employees at this store were phenomenal. They helped us switch over 5 lines, with 3 different previous carriers, and didn't bat an eye that it took extra work. The service was spot on and I am very happy that I made the switch.

The employees are also very open to helping, but will let you make the decision yourself. I saw one of the employees help an older couple and show them a better phone for their needs, but was never pushing them to buy or sign up for anything. They just genuinely wanted to provide them the best service possible. Highly recommend.

I am so happy with Katt! She has definitely changed my mind about the dreaded long hours of getting a phone. In the past, it was not something I would look forward to, to say the least. She made it so easy and actually, very fun! Her knowledge and professionalism, mixed with sweet kindness, made the transaction fast and assuring. No waiting for hours!

Tyler definitely sealed the deal. He was very attentive, honest, and kind. He definitely impressed my husband and I. We felt so well taken care of; they both won us over, and we highly recommend them both!

1) because of the genuine connection we had over a common interest, so nice not to have a robotic person helping me. 2) just impeccable customer service. 3) saved me money!!!! One day maybe I’ll have a cool car like that now 4) did I mention he saved my literal life? In the parking lot, seriously. I owe my life to that man and I didn’t even catch his name

This has become my go to store. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I have multiple accounts and there always seems to be unique issues with accounts anytime I upgrade or make changes. Tyler and Bri are always there to help and find the answer to my problems without hesitation. Higly recommend this location if you are a AT&T customer or are looking to become one.

We visited the Lapeer AT&T and had the best service!! William helped us upgrade all our phones. He was knowledgeable and was super friendly. The whole crew that was working were the nicest!! Kat was super helpful. She went through all my options and found the best option for me. She made my transition from Verizon seamless. She spent a lot of time with me and I did not feel rushed.

I went to the lapeer location! Amazing experience I believe her name was Kat! She was extremely friendly and helpful she got me set up with the iPhone 15 pro max. Did the transfer and once again 10/10 !! I forgot the other ones name but he was pretty cool as well! They BOTH DESERVE PAY RAISE!!👏🏻

The store is in immaculate shape. All of the staff members are kind, helpful, and extremely professional. Parking is easy and accessible. Tyler the manager is more than accommodating with all of your needs. He, also, has a sweet ride.

Had the best experience at this location! The manager Tyler goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I was on the verge of leaving AT&T for good but after the experience I had today I feel much better about my decision to stay. Thank you so much for all of your help.

Recently got a phone from here, The store manager has always been very pleasant to me and approachable/easy to work with! My most recent visit the salesmen (will) was super great. Very knowledgeable about the phone I wanted, made the process super duper smooth and while he did offer extra things to me I might want with the device etc, wasnt overly pushy after letting him know I wasnt interested at the time but eould think on it! Super great dude, I very much appreciated his help! ATT lapeer is a super tightly run ship and are a breath of fresh air over my previous carrier 😁

Came in after breaking my phone to the Lapeer store, and Katt did an absolutely phenomenal job on getting my phone switched with no visual. 10/10 I definitely recommend her. Also exceptionally kind!

This is the best AT&T store! All of the employees are very helpful and friendly, especially Tyler. Best plans, best phones, best prices! That car parked outside is really cool, too.
