Lot of items to browse through. It's inside the Mall of New Hampshire makes you to do relaxed shopping. Lot of TV, laptop, games, speaker's and accessories. It's a quiet a big store where you can collect your online orders. Enjoy your visit!

I went in to look at cameras. I have no idea what I was looking at and trally wanted someone to walk me through what I needed and why. They got someone named Mindy for me and WOW! Totally did exactly what I had hoped for. She got a feel for what I was doing and what I needed then gave me some choices then narrowed them down with me. This is a large Best Buy with a ton of electronics and different sections like an apple section and a toy section and a tv section and an appliance section so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for and the employees were all nice and helpful

I am very pleased with my TotalTech relationship with Best Buy.

We bought a new laptop, and was helped by a very nice Rep named Arianna. As we were trying to decide, a male rep joined us and answered some questions. Maybe I'm being too sensitive because I'm female, I wondered if he was trying to "bogart" Ariana's sale. In the end, she did ring us up.

Exclusive Collectables is my only reason for going there...in this case I walked out $55 poorer with 2 new exclusives.

We went to Best Buy to have new screen protectors installed on our phones. Rochelle was AMAZING! SUPER friendly and she puts screen protectors on like it is her phone she is working with. She is super precise and does a great job! I would highly recommend going to her! The place looks great since it was redone and everything is really easy to find!

Lindsay Boily was wonderful and knowledgeable! She had me help me set up my computer, gave me all kinds of tips, and told me to call her if I ever need any help. That's great customer service folks!

I visited today to upgrade my Galaxy S21 to an iPhone 14 Pro with Verizon. I could not have asked for a more straightforward process. I do not remember the associate's name, but she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She did not once try to sell me a phone I didn't really want or try to undermine my knowledge of smartphones like the Verizon store I usually go to does. She knew that I wanted the phone that I wanted and completed the upgrade in 5 minutes. She even perfectly installed the screen protector I chose. I would definitely come back here.

I barely give out 5 stars but I’ve always had a great experience with this location. Returns and pickups have always gone without a hitch. Some open box issues here and there but they always make it right. I’ve always purchased my TV’s here.
