My kid had made my phone zoomed in and I couldn’t access my phone no matter what I tried. My husband found your store and sent me inside and see if someone could help me. Ian knew exactly what to do! He was so friendly and kind. Ian provided exemplary service. Thank you Ian!

Zachary was absolutely hilarious and good for a new guy. My girlfriend came in to get a new phone and we laughed the whole time. The trade in was awesome and our new phone became basically free if we did a contract. The accessories were a tad pricy. Very pleased overall

I had a great experience at this store, the technician ( Jeremy ) who took care of my needs was very knowledgeable, professional and and friendly. He exhibited extreme caution in following the coronavirus guidelines, mask, gloves, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Verizon location and employees to anyone. Thank you, Jeremy

Emily helped my husband and I upgrade our phones after many years of having older models. She was patient, knowledgeable and great to work with.

The store handled my problem in 15 minutes. I was on the phone for 3 hours and got nowhere before I went the factory store. 5 stars for the store 0 stars for my Verizon call-in help.

Cadillac Verizon store.....Great place to go! Very organized on there work ethics and very helpful couldn’t be more pleased with there staff and the way they interact with you. even if you have to wait they let you know when your up they help in anyway possible and I appreciate how nice they are to customers is amazing! So costumer service is amazing great job keep up the good work! Thanks!

Danielle was wonderful! Had to get a new wifi from Asurion insurance (which neglected to send the activation number). She connected everything for us including the new Sim card number. Thank you so very much and thank you for your service in the military!

I gave them a scathing review. What I should've done was do like they told me and clean out my phone and free-up some memory/space. My phone works fantastic again. NOW with Android 4.0 :-)

This place is amazing!! Lyndsey helped me and went above and beyond the call of duty. I've had numerous negative experiences with Verizon via phone, and the Manistee Location, but the service and knowledge of the friendly staff in Cadillac was incomparable. I won't waste my time going anywhere else from now on, and absolutely recommend this business to all of my friends and family. I even took a paystub in a few days later for the corporate discount and was helped very quickly with no hassle at all. Very good experience! A++
