Love this store and Caleb especially with his service. We had originally went to tc when we got cricket and I now know that tc was just get a sale and get them out. Caleb was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about upgrading our phones. He was also very patient with the process.. from now on I will drive the hour to Cadillac and do my business there. Jana and Cassidy were amazing as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Caleb from Cadillac is amazing. He was very personable and helpful. He helped get exactly what I wanted in the right price range. We had multiple questions and wants and he never once seemed bothered by any of it, he stayed very fun and massively helpful! If there were more stars I would definitely give more than 5 stars!!

Very helpful friendly service. Takes forever to transfer data from older phones onto free phones received for transfering. Great deal for 3 lines including HBO max as free bonus.

When the Big Rapids store closed early (knowing that my husband was coming to purchase a new phone and accessories) over a month ago, we drove to Cadillac. The trainees and manager at this store were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They even stayed late to get his new phone set up for use and offered to stay even later if I wanted to upgrade to a new phone. Best customer service ever!! Thank you!!

Awesome customer service and the price is extremely good. With not many choices this is a great option to lower those ridiculously high cell phone bills. The sales reps and management team at this location were all phenomenal.

I always get help that I need. The people there are great and of great service to their customers. If you are not with Cricket maybe you should give it a try. I think you might be surprised on the savings.

Walked in with my 2017 boost mobile moto. Less than 20 min got set up with a new moto from them.. they transfered everything over and I literally was up and running didn't have to toss a password on anything. They did it all for me.. and up in north Michigan the signal is awesome out in the country

I’ve had some ups and downs with cricket service, as in who has helped me. But I gotta give it to Tyler. I locked myself out of my iPhone, I don’t currently have home internet, and apple was more then worthless with helping me fix the problem that occurred. I stopped in and seen Tyler and boom even though he wasn’t totally sure it would help he did not hesitate to TRY. And.. he succeeded to unlock my replacement phone and get me back on track and on my way. He’s always been very kind and super helpful. He’s also quick and efficient! Thanks Tyler ☺

Gotta admit since about 4 months ago when I last came in to Cricket I wasn't impressed but now a compete 360 excellent and knowledgeable staff there now far more friendly and well didn't go there to laugh but those folks are a good bunch in there keep up the great work guys!
