You walk in to friendly staff members. They all know your name. You wait only a few moments and your dental hygienist comes to bring you back. She great! Asks you how you’re doing, how’s the family, any upcoming summer travel plans. Feel so welcomed!!! On the way out after a great cleaning and a thorough check by the Dr, the front desk staff confirms my next cleaning appointment, and I’m out the door. An absolutely fine-tuned and very pleasant experience - as always!! Thank you!!!

This was my first visit to Bangor Family Dentistry. Let me be honest. I HATE going to the dentist!. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Brandi was amazing. My teeth have never felt so clean. Thank you Bangor Family Dentistry for making my experience wonderful. This includes everyone from the check in staff. to the dental staff. Thank you!

Just had my first visit and they were amazing. The hygienist was upbeat, friendly and so gentle. It was the most comfortable cleaning I've ever had. Dr. C was friendly and informative about my treatment plan. I highly recommend!

Brandi the hygienist is one of the best out there. She is super friendly, upbeat, dedicated, extremely thorough yet gentle when picking out that pesky tartar. Easily the best teeth cleaning I've had. If you can, request her for your cleaning.

Bangor Family Dentistry has been absolutely wonderful! When my son was 2 months old Dr. C stayed late to evaluate his lip and tongue ties and revise them so we didn’t have to wait months for an appt. Yesterday I brought my now 3 year old son in for a cleaning and Brynn was absolutely amazing with him. He has already asked when he can go back and play with “Mr. Chomps”

The staff here is amazing and the facility is great, too! I love this office! I have been, as well as my two littles which includes a fist visit ever recently for our toddler. They were really good with him even though he went all “stranger-danger” on them and wouldn’t really look up. I love how polite everyone is and they’re great at answering any questions I ever have.

I highly recommend this place. Best dentist experience every time I visit. Hygienist Brandi is very professional, does great work and office workers are always friendly.

I have severe anxiety going to the dentist and for the first time ever in my life I actually don’t mind going. The staff is amazing, kind, patient, and caring!!!!

We are a Military family new to Maine and after waiting 7 months to actually get in, we were glad we waited. The staff was so nice and professional. I came to our first appointment with my 2 teenage sons and it was their first experience outside of a pediatric dentist. The staff was very thorough, explained every step and were very nice. I also have to say I have seen several dentists over the years in 7 different states and my cleaning today was by far the best!! Thanks Brynn! My boys enjoyed their experiences as well. We will definitely be coming back for our routine care.

This was the first visit for me and my wife. We found it to be a very nice, well run Dentistry practice. The hygienists and the dentist were great. So were the ladies in the office. They all made us feel like family!

You could not find a friendlier staffed place. They are all good at what they do and get you in and out quickly.

I came in for just a check-up after a few years. They were polite, friendly, thorough. I forget the name, but my...primary person (not the big Dr. Dentist guy, the other people. I dunno names or titles) took an audio recording while working, speaking what she found and the measurements of my gums, so I had a REAL good idea of the condition of my mouth from listening to that. I've never had that happen, before, and I would love if that became standard everywhere.
I just needed a cleaning, no further work, so I can't speak to any of the more in-depth/advanced procedures.

I've been coming to this practice since the days when the office was on State St. hill and the care here is better than ever. I have complete confidence in all of the excellent, professional, and compassionate, staff. So much so that I recommended them to my whole family and now my wife and 2 adult children come here and feel the same about their care as I do.

We switched to Bangor Family Dentistry about 6 years ago and couldn't be happier! The facility is very clean and the staff is professional, yet fun! It's relaxed and comfortable environment. My 12 year old looks forward to every visit!

I've been going there for years. Their admin staff is courteous and supportive. No or minimal wait times-in-and-out!
The hygienists are gentle and patient and the dentist is the best!
