Nice big store all on one level. Found what I was looking for quite easily. Even though there were many customers checking out at the same time, 5 of the 6 registers were open. This facilitated a quick check out.

We stopped by on Sunday at around 6:40pm, right before the store was about to close. My son needed some last minute items for his football camp and we were helped out by the store manager Paul. He was very helpful and professional and took the extra time to help us without trying to rush us out the door. Make sure if you stop by, ask for Paul!!

This location is always on point. Clean and organized, staff is awesome and helpful beyond any other location I've been to. I had Ron and Bryce help me with some larger carry out items (weight bench and plates/bar set) and they were fast friendly and dope to chat with while loading up! I'll definitely find excuses to come shop here again haha the Jazz gear was fresh so maybe that'll be my next trip in!

My 11yr old, left handed, son is trying baseball for the first time. I know nothing about baseball. The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us get everything we needed. He went so far as to play catch with my son to help him choose his mitt and give him pointers on how to catch the ball. We greatly appreciated the time he took with us.

Store is SUPER clean and the staff are very friendly. I was asked several times while shopping if I needed any assistance in a pressure free helpful way. Selection is what you would expect in a bigger sporting goods store. They have always had what I needed. Just recently purchased a rifle, and the guys at the back counter are AWESOME. Their gun selection is a little sparse, but they are super helpful with the process. Great store, and great addition to American Fork Meadows.

I had the best experience on Christmas Eve! I was late picking up an order on hold, but the workers were so great and found me the last one in the back! Then Ron took it to my car for me and loaded it in. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Incredible service from Ron and really made my day! Thank you Ron!

Michael in the bike department was very helpful in the purchase of a bike. He was very thorough in making sure the bike was assembled correctly and adjusting everything to perfection. Thank you. My son is going to love his Christmas gift

It has turned into a big 5 sporting goods store. No fishing gear no guns no ammo little clothing. No hunting camo. Yetty stuff and sports accessories. So again maybe big 5 has more to offer. On there way of closing looks like..not sure on downtown location..but this location was disappointing..

Ordered a bike online for pickup and it all went seamless. The bike technician had it all tuned up and ready to go. The people were friendly and the experience was great. I am slowly becoming more convinced of shopping here.

Helpful staff - you don't wander around looking for help like in other similar stores, instead the staff usually find you to help with questions. Prices are comparable to Amazon, surprisingly. Usually online shopping beats prices at brick and mortar stores, but didn't in this case.

Pretty incredible selection, and fortunately they have success going down to toddler. That's good in this county since there are probably a billion kids haha. But that does mean they sell out of whatever you need for a particular sports season, for example, we came for soccer stuff for my 3 year old and there were plenty of shin guards and balls but absolutely no cleats below size 12K. We waited too long, though, so our fault. Nice staff, directed us to Big 5 to see if they had any cleats, so they're not just after your money.

Great store. I was looking for hiking shoes and they didn't have a large selection. But if your looking for running and walking shoes, you should have no trouble finding something. Friendly and helpful staff.
