EXTREMELY Clean!! Place was spotless and the whole staff was taking really great care to keep the place safe and clean. Order via the APP was simple and allowed me to customize my order and pickup time without any hassle. I ordered off their secret menu and enjoyed the grilled cheese hamburger with all the toppings. I'd def. go back there.

I ordered a grilled cheese and lil fry…I had no clue a burger place could make such an awesome grilled cheese!! Lil fry didn’t disappoint either, lil is understatement❤. Definitely will be back!!

This was one of my favorite Five Guys I've been too. The food was amazing, the staff was happy and having fun and in spite of being pretty busy and the horseplay and joking, food was being made, hot fast and perfect. The attitude of the staff was infectious, both my brother and I left with huge grins and full bellies. It was a nice chance to destress from the road. Thanks to the folks who were on shift that evening, you made the rest of the trip a lot better.

If you like smash burgers, fresh toppings, handcut fries and peanuts, Five Guys is the spot. They have really good shakes too. Not every location has this but ask about the double grilled cheeseburger

We've really come to enjoy the Five Guys restaurants. The burgers are just fantastic as are the fries! We placed a to-go order and, while it was busy at the time we stopped there, we got our food in less than ten minutes and it was delicious as always. They also prepared my wife's burger to be gluten-free and took great care to meet her requests.

They always make the best burgers and hotdogs and keep the place as clean as can be

Service was excellent, young girl at the register was exceptional. I watched her manager multiple stations by herself this morning. Overall, I’m very impressed.

The burgers are always excellent here and you can't beat the homemade french fries. The place to come when you want a fresh Burger and don't want to spend over $10 to get one. Although their prices did go up over the last year. You can also purchase the little Burger which is one patty and a little over $7. I would highly recommend coming here!

I cannot say how many times I love the Five Guys restaurant. The french fries are always to die for.

As should be expected at any Five Guys restaurant, the person taking the order was friendly, the food was prepared quick enough, and it was as tasty as expected. No surprises. Good stuff as usual.

The food was great. The place was clean, Bright and we'll kept. I had the Strawberry milkshake and it was very good.

Good burgers 🍔. Not too grease and the fries were as always Five guys fries. 😋yummy. But I've been too a few different restaurants of this company and this location s burger were very tasty this day. Would recommend this location to others who are looking for a clean cooked burger with no grease. 💯👍✌

Even late the staff is super friendly, professional, and up beat. Our food was made exactly as ordered without a long wait in a busy restaurant. The staff had no issues with dine in, take away orders etc. all happening at once.

Honestly, I recently went to a table service restaurant near the Manchester airport ( with an airplane theme ) and the service was horrible and staff complaining about everything including a shortstaffed kitchen.

Five Guys is technically fast food and they treat people with respect and make you want to co.e back and visit other five guys locations. It's no wonder I saw no lack of staffing at Five Guys.

Great Five Guys location. Awesome burger and fries as always but this one in particular goes above and beyond. My four year old son wanted a fountain drink and we said no as he would inevitably take two sips and be done with it. The staff person offered my son a little cup incase he wanted a little from the fountain machine which was perfect.

This five guys hits all the marks. Great burgers, great fries, great shakes and great service. I'm a big fan of how friendly everyone is too

The burgers are great here! Each time I went the burgers were cooked just right. They have a big list of stuff you can ask to be put on the burger. The fries are very fresh and you get more than enough for what you pay for. A normal sized french fry is more like a large and its awesome. I filled out the survey from the receipt with two minor issues I had during one visit and they called the same day apologizing to make it right. I will keep going back. I hope they open one in Methuen.

Tonight was the night of my graduation, me, my two sisters, my father and mother, my little brother and my grandmother sat in the car wondering where we would eat at, larger restaurants such as Chili's or Texas Roadhouse were jam packed with a 2 hour wait time for your food and it was already 8pm, low and behold we find a five guys, I had already been to a different five guys prior and I was very satisfied with the fresh, delicious food, fast service and friendly workers and I yet again was not let down, they have some amazing burgers, and fantastic milkshakes, the food is fresh and prepared quickly and it's delicious, moreover the massive amount of fries they give is a fantastic little thing that really makes five guys stand out, it's one of there "key features" in my opinion and it's an excellent burger joint, I'd suggest this place any day

Fast staff, consistent quality, fresh, and most importantly: clean! The staff was nice and worked quickly to get orders out around lunch time. The only issue with this specific location is the location. The parking situation in this area can get frustrating, but that's not a fault of the store.

Usally good service but seemed like they were very short handed wasn't impressed with the Cleanliness behind the counter food all over the floor looked nasty
